I was advised to go here, and was told they were very honest. I called to make an appointment, and explained to them where I had already taken it, and the code I was given. As well as what was going on with the car. The guy on the phone told me next time not to elaborate on what was already done or what was going on with the car. Not only was this extremely rude, it seems like this would be stuff that would be helpful in diagnosing the car since the one code it's giving is not specific to what's going on.
Very disappointed! Especially since they had such good reviews and were recommended as good honest people.

Joe took the time to listen to my concerns with my truck, explain how the relevant systems work, and he even walked out to my car with me to take a look and offer his advice. He really put my mind at ease! I appreciate having experts in our community who prioritize honesty over profits.

Quality service. Integrity. Honesty. All at a fair price. Others have mentioned in reviews the importance of having a reliable and professional mechanic work on one's vehicles. Both Joe and Melvin provide this service in spades. I have recommended Complete Auto Service (CAS) to both friends and family--and all echo my experiences when having work done by CAS. Having dependable mechanics who do the required work in a timely manner and at an extremely fair price is, to me, well-worth the 30-minute (+) drive to Concord to CAS. Highly recommended.

I love these guys. Very honest and hard working. I have always felt my cars are in the best of hands with them. They are not going to try and sell me or fix something that does not need to be fixed. And best of all the price is going to be reasonable. They will show you the parts and why they went bad or broke. Since they are so good they are very busy, so if possible plan ahead so they can have your car for a few days. You will not be disappointed.

I know a fair amount about auto repair but I opted to just pay someone these guys are about as honest as it comes. Didn’t even charge me to Diagnose my issues, these guys know there stuff and our honest and not trying to rob you. Bring your car to these guys you can see for yourself. Fantastic service on replacing the trans on a 2013 Escape. I was informed of all the necessary steps, and prices along the process. I got a new trans, w/ full warranty. Complete Auto is great. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 20 years, and I know my way around auto repair. I worked at a garage in high school and still do a lot of my own work on my vehicles. But I still need a mechanic often enough, and Joe is really the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic I have ever found. In fact he is so honest and reasonably priced, I have started bringing work to him that I would have done myself in the past. Just an all around honest and fair mechanic, and that is really all you can ask for. I can't recommend them enough.
