Park your rig here at your own risk. And the risk is extremely high. We learned the hard way. Wish we had read these reviews before leaving our fine motor home on this lot. To know now this has been going on at least 7 years. We were called by the receptionist on a Monday morning to inform us someone had vandalized our RV over the weekend. Two of our windows were smashed, and items inside were stolen. Thousands of dollars in damage, for which Commerce assumes no responsibility. At last count, during this single incident there were 8 RVs with broken windows or doors. We subsequently learned that their fencing company does weekly repairs on cut fences and that police reports are FREQUENT. The owner of the business was unresponsive for many days following our vandalism. We were told she didn't notify us immediately because she didn't have our contact information. They tell us their "security" comes by twice a night. Their inadequate chain link fence is easily and regularly breached with wire cutter, presenting a public health problem. There is evidence of MANY repairs upon repairs on the fencing surrounding the lot. Who knows if squatters are using the RVs for housing or drug labs? The backside of the RV lot is a large homeless encampment The lot is a vending machine for thieves.The security is inadequate. Many other RV lots have on site /live in security personnel and dogs patrolling.BEWARE. Don't be the next victim.

If I could hit minus stars I would give them a minus 5 . Beware of this storage yard . I've had my trailer park there for over 6 months and should have moved it but it's to late now went to go put some stuff in my travel trailer and it has been stolen out of there yard. You'd be better off parking on the street then behind the lock gates . My batteries were stolen the first month I replaced them and bought some chains to lock them down. Went to pick up my trailer on a Saturday and the lock was broken and of course nobody was around or available to answer a phone so our vacation could start till the following Monday . Yesterday 10/25/2022 went to my trailer and was missing when I called the office the had said they have had several thefts the past two months and that I have to get a police report and report it stolen nothing they will do . They state that they have security but it's a lie probably inside job my trailer was locked up and anyone that was stealing it would have to have spent plenty of time to take it absolutely incredible that business like this are allowed to stay in business. 4 trailers taken in two months not one phone call or letter stating this to customer storing there trailers or setting up cameras or security trying to stop it seems a little strange . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Really nice ladies they had a really clean storage area it was just too bad they had no spot for my camper thank you ladies for trying to help.
