Alaiyah at Verizon Concord is the absolute best! Alaiyah, Angel and Hamid all went above and beyond to get exactly the devices my family (and I) wanted for Christmas, and Kim and Ethan stayed late to get everything setup. Their amazing customer service and all-around positive vibes were such a great way to kick off the holiday shopping season. And Verizon’s Black Friday sales are incredible. You, too, can take credit for giving the best gifts this holiday season. (Nobody needs to know that everything is practically free.)

someone without permission charged over $2400 to my Verizon account. I've been a Verizon customer for approximately 22 years and never owed any amount close to this. Every time I have tried to call I get somebody in the Philippines who does not understand what I am attempting to discuss with them and gives me some lame. Answer that it's my responsibility, and that I must pay. This is America and the people in the Philippines do not understand American law and they don't understand what you're attempting to say to them. I have been an avid Verizon customer and had to switch my carrier. I was in the process of discussing with my employer, to change to Verizon versus the carrier that they presently have. This is a lot of money for me to have to pay as I am 71 years old and attempting to retire. Verizon does not care about their customers and they do not care about any professionalism dealing with their customers. On a sidenote, if I went to another country which I have done and traveled, I had to take my little dictionary to speak their language and to understand what they were stating or asking. Said that our calls go offshore and Verizon doesn't give a damn about me as a client .

Walk into shop to get a brand new phone, mine was damaged and I wanted to replace it. Two people are ahead of me, only one tech on-site. That's fine I can wait and after about 20 minutes it's my turn. At this point the tech tells me he's going to lunch and if I want a new phone I have to go elsewhere. Are you kidding me? Fuck this place, never again. Absolutely zero consideration.

Ethan H provides great customer service to my brother! Left without any question we had the best deal! Great phone selections and basically walked out with everything set-up for us! That all comes out to a great experience!

First time to come to this Verizon store for replacement of my old phone. Kimberly greeted us as we entered the store and began helping us immediately. (We came as store opened.) I was helped with new phone options, suggestions, and help with questions I had on various things. Kimberly is personable and made purchasing a new phone easy and pleasurable. I'll be back to this location for my phone needs.

Came in to upgrade my phone. Ethan was extremely nice, helpful, and efficient! He was able to provide quotes for our plan and walked us through each step of the process. Ethan and the rest of the crew were very personable and fun to talk with while waiting for the phone to transfer data. My family and I have been coming to this location since it opened, and will continue to come to this location for all of our phone needs.

I came in previously to buy a phone and worked with Kimberly, who was really nice and helpful. I ended up having an issue with the phone so I came back and again, she was really quick to remedy the situation. Not only that, I also saw her diffuse a situation with a seemingly difficult customer and she was great with that too. Awesome employee!!

Ethan and Kimberly were FANTASTIC! Ethan quickly took care of everything I asked. Kimberly and Ethan both explained other options to me as well as discounts that I am eligible for as a veteran. They were friendly and confident. I'm so happy that I chose that location. If I could give them an even higher score I would! Thank you!

Came in to make a payment and was told it will be a 30 minute wait. I come back and another customer is waiting there too. The agent comes over and ask the guy next to me what he can help him with. He tells them he is there to make a payment. Then once he is done with him he tells me that another customer is coming back and he has to help her. Wtf you didn't say that to the last customer. Then he says that they can't take cash payments. If you had a sign or greeted customers they wouldn't waste 45 minutes waiting for no reason. Terrible customer service, they socialize with each other before tending to customers. Save time and take a drive to the corporate store in Pleasant Hill.

I switched from At&t to version here, worst decision ever made. They've been lied from the beginning with my plan and prices. Do Not trust them take it from me you won't regret that.

Very unprofessional people here. They do not respect your time and want you to come over and over for the same issue. They don't have no clue what they're doing. Do not trust them with plans they offer to you and the prices they given you. A Lack of professionalism.

Ethan was helpful with getting a new phone, he was alone in the store which angered other patrons. Verizon should always staff 2 people each shift to avoid angering other customers if the only staff person needs to spend 90 min setting up new phone. Also not enough phone cases and accessories in stock to select for new Galaxy 23 phone. Ethan was pleasant and helpful despite all these issues
