Bought a table from their showroom, as shown as it was cheaper. No scratches when we inspected, their staff delivered it, and installed it with no issues.
This is a family owned business. We decided to walk in here and just browse weeks prior to purchasing, and their prices and products did not disappoint. We walked in here on a Saturday about 10 minutes prior to closing, and they were in no rush to get us out of the door. Will continue to use them for future purchases.

We’ve now bought a bedroom set (king bed frame, dresser and nightstands) as well as a living room set (couch and loveseat). The owners and salespeople really care, they are so patient and helpful. The furniture was delivered when promised and the delivery people were very kind and careful. The furniture itself is absolutely fabulous quality. We’ll continue to go back again and again.

I was referred to Clayton Furniture by a friend. She spoke very highly of them and I was shopping for a dining room set. From my first encounter with Gino I knew I was in a professional's hands. Gino was extremely helpful and offered several suggestions. I found a dining room set on their web site and visited the store a few days after speaking with Gino. The staff were just as professional and knowledgeable as Gino. I purchased the set and it arrived today. It was in excellent condition and the movers handled the items with care and set it up for me. I highly recommend Clayton Furniture to anyone who is buying furniture and are looking for exceptional service.

As soon as I posted my review, I received a call from the manager (funny how that happens) and she had someone come out to look at the furniture. He said the issue with the drawers was because my house may be angled funny. I explained that my foundation is solid and pointed out that the furniture is placed in different areas of the room and other pieces of furniture throughout the house are not having this issue. Then he said it's because I need to open them with two hands. I explained that I've owned furniture in the past and am fully aware of how to properly open said drawers. Even though all 4 pieces have faulty drawers, they DID at least offer to replace the long dresser (hence the increase in stars). However, when the delivery men arrived with the new piece, the drawers were the same and the bottom one would not even open unless you absolutely yanked it will all your might. The delivery guy was very nice and said he'd need to realign the drawer tracks since they're crooked. So you see Christopher and Clayton Furniture, the problem is/was not with the wear and tear, my lack of knowledge on how to properly open drawers, or that my house supposedly angles down too much, but with the manufacturing of the furniture that you sold me. Now I'm stuck with new furniture that have roughly 17 drawers that need to be realigned. Thanks!

Customer service in person was great. Delivery was fine overall but I asked them multiple times why the bed frame was scratched and they said “it’ll wipe right off, it’s just dust” and it has yet to come off. It’s wild to have paid so much for these incredibly visible lines on my *new* furniture.

Was very pleased with the excellent customer service that Christopher gave me! He communicated with me on a weekly basis to update me on the status of trying to get a replacement sofa for a defective one that I purchased in 2019!

I love this store. My husband and I moved out here in 2003 and bought our couch from Clayton Furniture. It is now 2022 and although it is old, it is still beautiful and has been so perfect for raising my two beautiful children. They would jump from it and we all have made so many memories. Great wear and no tares for all that time!! Now we have just purchased our 2nd one!
