READ IT BEFORE BRINGING YOUR BABY TO GET EAR PIERCED !!TELL THEM TO MARK BEFORE DOING EAR PIERCED . Today I brought my 3 and half month old baby here to have her ear’s pierced . The lady about to start on her without even marking it, and i ask her: “I thought we have to mark first”, and she told me “”NOT FOR THE BABY, IT’S JUST WAIST THE TIME ( It was another family in front of us has a 1 year old baby, it was done by someone else but that person still used a pen to mark it before she start on that little girl, even the parents ask her to wipe it over and over again 3-4 times until they’re agreed). Maybe my lady is lazy, so she doesn’t want to do it. When she finished the first ear and it looked pretty good, my baby started crying. She started on the second ear but it seemed too high, she blamed on my baby for pushing her shoulder up causing her to dislocate her arm but she said it’s common. I was believed it until i watched that video again tonight, and my baby didn’t do it (this video is just for memory), that mean she lied. She looked at me and asked if that's okay or do you want to take it off, but she looked at me like she wanted me to say it's okay, but I decided to take it off. Before that, when doing paperwork, she said she had pierced the ears of many babies, she did it every day. I thought she would have a lot of experience and knew that after an ear was done, the baby would start crying. move because of pain. so why didn't she make her mark before doing that.We, as parents, don't want our children to get hurt but I will have to take my baby back on Tuesday to get her other ear pierced even though I know it will hurt her. We paid $142.66 for this job.I would rather waste the time than let my child hurt 1 more time.STAFF, DO WHATEVER YOU SUPPOSED TO DO !!

I come here a few times a year and haven’t had a problem, but one time an employee (I’m assuming the manager because he’s always there) took issue with my friends and I shopping. I don’t know what his concern was whether it was our assumed age or having a guy friend along but he shooed us away before we could buy anything. Disappointing, but I’ll just buy online from now on.

The manager is generally okay, but was rude the one time I came without my mom, I guess because a young woman of color is automatically a troublemaker. I'm 24 and should be allowed to shop for myself.

I recently purchased some earrings and I've had the worst experience. My ears got infected and red, they really hurt and I'm so disappointed. This had never happened to me before and I will think it twice next time before buying here again.

Super super cute earrings, love that they do piercings of the ears. And they have the cutest press on nails ever. The store is definitely worth taking a quick peek in while at the mall to find something that is inexpensive, good quality, and quite unique.

I got the best nipple piercings here ! They didn't even bring me to the back of the store, did it right at the door! This surprised me and their guests... very cute place . Love the jojo siwa things here I guess they're woke now . I love the gays. Going back next week to get my lips done. Claire's Injectables are great for the front and back door . Much love !! (I think one of my piercings is infected but I do not care)

I don't know the name of the gentleman who pierced my daughters ears but he was so profesional. He made us feel at ease, made sure we knew how to take care of her afterward and just made the experience really smooth. Nobody wants to see their kids in pain so I'm very appreciate of his quick work!

They messed up my earrings I said and pointed at the size I wanted and they still messed it up, it hurt a lot and weren't thorough

I ordered my earrings online they were much much cheaper. $6 bucks as oppose to $25 in the store. I was so excited and looking forward. The order was made through ups shipment services that is what Claire's notified me. I was notified that the earrings will arrive July 6th. But then time pass and earrings didn't arrive. I looked and kept checking the online shipping status. All of a sudden it said that ups has given my order from Claire's to usps. I called directly to usps and even went directly to several locations and at both times I was told they were not able to locate my order. I even spoke to ups and they told me that they can't locate my order. I am very disappointed. I Love Claire's but this is truly upsetting because I was so happy that I found what I couldn't find in stores and that the Claire's company lets me know that ups will deliver but to only complicate things they give to usps and usps has no way to locate. I called claires customer service told them my situation and asked for remedy of this missing order, to which they did confirm. The customer service representative said they can only issue a fund's return. I asked if they can resend the order and not charge me as a courtesy from company, he checked with his management and they said they are not able to do that. Will not buy from this company ever again especially online. Bad customer service, if I could give a 0 rating I would.

you can pierce your ears free but one tiny earring is literally 70 dollars rather not get my ears pierced than getting them pierced here...

I truly do not recommend anyone to go in to get a piercing. Me and my cousin went to get our second Earring, The guy that did it for us was nice but I felt like he didn't know what he was doing, he did our earrings very Crooked and had one earring very close to my other one and on the other ear it was the biggest gap on this planet I highly suggest to go somewhere where they take their "TIME"!
