I visited this auto repair shop with the intention of getting a simple alignment for my car. To my surprise, the technicians there insisted that I needed a new control arm and shocks, quoting me a hefty sum of $2,000. This unexpected recommendation raised my suspicions, so I decided to seek a second opinion. I took my vehicle to another shop for a thorough check-up. The mechanics at the second shop conducted a detailed inspection and concluded that everything was functioning properly, and no such replacements were necessary. Based on this experience, I strongly believe the initial shop was attempting to deceive me for financial gain. I would advise others to avoid this establishment, as their practices seem untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent. It's always wise to get a second opinion for expensive repairs, as this experience clearly shows.

Great place. Jose took great care of me. So honest. America Tires referred me. Best referral ever!! Don't wast your time going anywhere else. It took him 10 minutes to tell me what I needed. He showed me my brake pads. They were so bad. It was a blessing that I stopped o. Thanks Jose for all your honesty and helping to get my car in a safe condition.

Came here for an alignment. Having an old car it was about time to do a long awaited alignment. Called the day of and was able to set up an appointment right away. It was a hot day luckily there was a place for me to sit with AC. Service was quick and transaction was quick!

GO TO CITY ALIGHT BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELES!! Before i went to city alignment i went to big 0 knowing they dont have the knowledge or equipment to give a car a proper alignment the before sheet states big 0 let me leave with -0.11 toe causing my steering wheel the be way off to the right 20 mins a city alignment they corrected that and my car drives better than ever thanks to them having a real alignment rack and proper car knowledge dont be fooled by the other guys city alignment will take care of ya

Customer beware! I only trusted this place because America's Tire had their business card on their desk so I thought they could be trusted and reputable. Please don't be like me and make an assumption. I am an owner of two small businesses so I don't like to do this but I feel it is a public/social service duty to share what I experienced. I took my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid in for an alignment. I thought, well, what could go wrong? It took much longer than promised. There was no communication until I got there. Once I got there, I could tell something was off, strangely off. The owner, Jose, pulled out his printout to show me how "bad" it was when he got it and then how "good" it was now that they "fixed" it. But you see, the bad news was that something was now broken and because of that, he was such a nice guy, he wasn't going to charge me. Hmmmm, red flag number one. I said, okay, well, how much does it cost to fix the broken something? Well, he couldn't give me an answer as prices do vary rhetoric came flowing out of his mouth. He promised to check prices and call me back. What do you think happened? You guessed it. He never followed up. Red flag number two. What a joke. I smell something dirty. Do not go here! I am going to write a letter to America's Tire Corporate and management to let them know that their little promotion of this corrupt crook probably cost me a lot of money. Stay far far away if you're wise. By the way, he makes a pretty penny. He drives a very nice sports car to rub it in.

Edit: went back after I upgraded some off-road parts. Still the best alignment shop in the area!Short version: BEST alignment shop. Bring your vehicle here. Especially if you have a custom lift or lowered vehicle.Full story: Ok so I have a custom lift on a 1st Gen CRV. I understand that my car is not designed for what I have done to it. But all the parts used are actually readily available and are interchangeable with the same year Honda civics. I've been to multiple shops that just flat out said they can't do my alignment. And I went to les schwabb twice. Biggest mistake ever. They left the toe arm and camber arm lock nuts loose so the adjustment walked on me and I was basically having to drive sideways (crab walking).Anyway, City Alignment was recommended by a friend. I met Jose the owner and he immediately said that they can take care of my car and gave me a quote. I was really confident after meeting the tech Luis who immediately recognized the after market parts and work done to my car. He had my crv fully adjusted in 15-20 mins. ( He had to adjust 3 of the 4 corners and had to adjust both toe and camber on all 3). I couldn't believe it. Les schwab's first attempt took an 1hr and 20mins. Car still wobbled at high speed. Second attempt took 50 mins but they left all the bolts loose so the adjustments were undone once I got on the freeway and did some light off roading.I can confirm that my crv now tracks straight and has no more high speed wobble. And the adjustments survived the same light off road trail I took previously.City alignment are pros. I wish I knew about them before I wasted my time and money at the other shops.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Best place for alignment. Not even close.Literally had Firestone, Honda and other shops not even try doing alignment on my lifted CRV. Then when les schwab did it, the first time I had a "death wobble". Second attempt they left the bolts loose so the adjustments came off. Finally I was recommended by a friend to try city alignment. Should've went there first. Took them 20 mins and price was even a few dollars cheaper than les schwab. Literally never going to let anyone else touch any of my cars alignment from now on other than Jose and his crew.
