This bank is closed and is no longer in service. Just trying to save anyone else's time from driving here as it wasn't noted when I was looking for the closest Citibank. The Citibank further up Treat at 4420 is still open. It seems more and more Citibank's are closing. Might be time to switch banks. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor of finding an open Citibank.

There offers was helpfull that helped me threw the seosonal shopping last year "Life savings "..and they keep intouch all the way threw by informing me about payments and acount informations.. they have acrew of a kind and respectful associates .

Worst customer service ever. I walked in, debating if I should go to a banker or a teller. One banker was signing into his computer, I looked at him so maybe he could direct me to the right person. he looked at me & said" What do you want?!" I was so shocked I couldn't believe it. Finally I said Never Mind. He said"Okay" Reallly? Is that how their bankers talk to the customers? It's UNBELIEVABLE!!! Or maybe he thought I don't have money since I was just wearing my workout clothes.

As a former employee of the bank for over 10 years I am very disappointed in the customer service they so "thrive" in but cannot perform. I was In The ICU for over a month and was unable to take care of my finances. My husband went in to tell them and try and take care of it. 1: they would not talk to him: okay get that he wasn't on one of my accts/ 2: they would not consider nor have the heart to understand the situation nor give to shits that I almost died. Basically in the ICU for 30+ days and could not do anything and occurred over 400 in fees and they could care less. A bank with no heart no customer service. Sad

Unwilling to help out us out. Stated that it was against policy to call to verify funds on a check deposit. My normal branch has done this for me for years, it is simply laziness and unwillingness to help a client. Will not return unless I am forced to do so.

Thank you to the staff at this Citibank for making our transition from a life of credit union banking super easy. Everyone I have encountered at this location has been very friendly and helpful....well beyond what is required of them. Thank you especially to Felma (and also the Branch Manager whose name I can't recall) who personally walked us through many steps and made sure that our cards and accounts were up and running properly. If it weren't for Felma's personal assistance I don't think we would have been able to transition all of our accounts so smoothly. After so many years (somewhere around 20) with the same banking institution we really needed the extra assistance and they delivered. Credit Unions like to think that they have the "personalized customer service" niche of banking cornered ....I can tell you for sure that this is not the case....especially given the pleasant and very personal help I've received consistently. I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to move our accounts here.

Absolutely incompetent personal banker and branch manager. We went in to open a checking account to take advantage of the promotion they have for new customers. The personal banker had no idea how to interact with customer and no idea about this promo that Citi is heavily marketing to new customers in California. She was also extremely curt, rude and inpatient. She had made numerous mistakes on our application which we later found out and is trying to fix. One of them included entering the wrong address in the application. She had the audacity to tell me that she can't change it till 24 hours later. We ended up having to change it ourselves online which turned out to be another disaster because it's still not fixed after a week. Numerous calls to Citi have not resolved the issue. In summary, there is a reason why Citi ranks so low in customer satisfaction. I'll be closing my account as soon as I get my bonus. Incompetence is too prevalent in this bank and this branch.
