Today at 5am I went to this gas station because it was the closest to my location in the moment . I used the pump and paid at the pump with debit card since it's closed inside . Nothing was wrong at the moment until a few hours later at around 10pm I received notification from my bank about transaction that bounced off due to my account being empty weirdly because I had a good amount of money in my account, I go check it out and see at least 9 transactions made with my card when I hadn't used it since that 5am transaction. Pretty sure they got my info from here , since I had my physical card with me and didn't make any other transactions with it . I filed a claim , this was so disappointing and it made me feel so angry . I'll also be going into the store to talk about this, based on others reviews it isn't the first time that something similar has happened at this location. They need to start checking the machines here .

We will not return. The pumps are dirty and filled with graffiti. The owner also abruptly yelled at us telling us to use a different pump because someone had damaged it the week prior. The owner/attendant was so rude and mean. Yelling was not necessary, a request was only necessary and we gladly would have switched to a different pump. We will never return to this station, but they probably don't care anyway.

For anyone who reads reviews on gas stations (anyone?) I just wanted to point out that the car wash here is brand new and has a good amount of soap each time and seems like it does a good job for the money. Way better than the old one. Also, they just replaced the pin pads and what not that you touch to enter your zip code and rewards number, the buttons used to stick and not respond (super aggravating) but now it works great. Still expensive!! But hey, it's chevron. Worth a try!

Wish I could do one star. I used the drive thru car wash and came out with my bumper 1/2 ripped off. I spoke to the attendant who claimed I had an after market bumper and that's why the car wash ripped it off ( it a RAV4 there's no after market parts. The "manager" Ali did nothing to help other than regurgitate that he's not responsible and even if he could his insurance would not cover the damages. DON'T GO TO THIS STATION!!! Service is awful, repairs and gas are over priced. Horrible service, horrible pricing.... trust me go across the street and save yourself some money and time.

Whether it's a smog test, a tune up, oil change or fixing a flat tire Steve does a great job. He is courteous and prompt as well.

I experienced fraudulent charges on my account around Christmas of 2018 from the Chevron station located on Willow Pass Rd in Concord, Ca. To fill up my gas tank it would normally cost $50-$60 however, I'm disputing 2 charges of more than $200 on the same day, with my bank, from this gas station. I'm writing to file a complaint and request help with this matter.

I hope management sees this review. This review is for the employee working at 1:56 am on 9/23/18. During the late hours this gas station does not allow you indoors and I wanted to get a couple pieces of candy and an ice cream. I could clearly see in the window the snacks I was interested in. I asked for the snacks and he said they did not have them. Assuming he was joking I giggled and asked for the snacks again. He began to get very angry and I was sort of taken aback. I asked nicely if I could point out the snacks in the window and he told me no. I do think I appeared shocked at which point he physically berated myself and my friend when she tried to ask him to stop in a way that was actually scary. I swear my heart rate rose, I decided against my purchase and left. Bad experience.

4/15/18 Clean restrooms and friendly service when we stopped in for snacks earlier this afternoon on our way home from Bass Lake. Thankfully didn't need gas because it's super pricey here, but conveniently right next to the 99 entrance.
