I have been banking with Chase since it took over Washington Mutual. I have never had a problem there. They have always been very helpful.

I recently visited Chase branch in was met with me curly frustrating situation that deserves no more than one star. Long lines at the branch unacceptable I felt like I was waiting in line at amusement park during the peak season. They were only two tellers available to serve Macy's book crowded customers a lack of staff meant that transactions moved at snail paste causing further delays. Chases long lines unlike available at tellers made my bank experience frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming it's disappointed see such inefficient in a reputable Bank.

Went and visited this branch on a Friday noon hoping that they wouldn't be too busy, and sure enough they weren't :) We got there, lined up, and immediately a teller was available to help us. The transaction went smoothly and the teller was very helpful and friendly. We were able to finish our transaction within a matter of minutes, which was definitely much appreciated so that I could still have time for my lunch break. And parking at this location was very easy as this branch of Chase is located in the Clayton Valley Shopping Center, so yes, parking space is not an issue at all here and it's plenty. And Chase is kinda to the side of the shopping center so in this area parking lot is typically even more available :) I will definitely go to this branch again if I need to go visit Chase next time.

Jasmine is the worst teller. Racist as well as has absolutely no manners. Can't wait tell they fire her. Worst experience at Chase and I have been a customer for 5 years and in total shock they would allow someone to continue to work here.

My husband was a customer at this branch today, he is a senior and military, the Hispanic woman working at this branch was combative and abusive to my husband. I will be reporting this location.

Was just in to "cash" a check I wrote to my 6 yr old son. Miguel not only went along with pretending that he was really cashing the check but went above and beyond. He had my son sign the check, asked how he would like the bills then showed my son the bill counter...What a pleasant experience and 10/10 customer service.

This branch is TRASH. I went in the morning with not a single other customer in the building and the women "helping" me clearly didn't want to deal with me. She wanted me to come back for an appointment. I have a toddler and am 9 months pregnant and i was dealing with something very time sensitive and couldn't push this out. I went to the location on Oak Grove and was helped within 10 minutes in between appointments. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location.

Worst bank ever!!!!! The bankers and tellers don't know what they're doing and the Branch manager is rude and clearly doesn't like to help customers. I'm a victim of fraud and when I told the manager I didn't make these transactions her response was "Well I don't know that". Which was SO un-called for!! I was in the bank almost 2 hours trying to open a new account. It's now 5 minutes before closing and the Manager tells me I have to make an appointment for another day to open a new account. Even though that's why I came in 2 hours before closing to make sure I had enough time to do so. They literally wasted my time and then was very rude about me leaving because they were about to close. I can't believe people who applied & CHOSE to work here are very unpleasant and unhelpful.

The individual (older filipina) that assisted me was nice. Just not informed...she got me a replacement card which I have to wait 3-5 business days which is way too long!!! Where she lacked was when it came to setting up mobile/contactless pay for Android phones...she know Apple she claimed because that's the phone she had ?...if you're gonna let someone know that you can use your phone to pay make sure you know which app to download!!!
