Emol showed understanding and caring for the issues I had with my car. Being a senior, He was prompt, explained what he needed to be done, accomplished the work, and even went beyond what was expected, all while I waited a very short amount of time. I tried calling ? this establishment to see how much it cost for my older Toyota Corolla.The man that answered had a bunch of machinery background noise. He wouldn't move to a quieter place which I suggested after trying to hear him more than three times, repeating his first answer to: how much does it cost?".Then he tried asking if it was synthetic or regular oil. Shouldn't he know or look this up especially when I can't even hear him?!Then, the coup de gras, he hangs up on me!Poor customer service before I even go there. Needless to say, I won't be coming here. At. All.

Change my oil today broke the engine cover off my 100 Odyssey never told us anything about it I didn't see it till my son got home with the car. I know is good because I check the oil before he went over there and decided to have them do the oil change. I may not go back when using these guys for years this is not cool.

Went in for oil change first time going to this place. Its family owned and operated. They did the oil change in 15 minutes checked fluids and gave me a few discounts. Happy about that! The thing I wasn't happy about employees leaning on my car while it was in the shop. The name was misleading obviously it has changed I was expecting Castrol. They use Havoline Chevron oil..meh... I would have went elsewhere but i have a few appointments today and my oil change was overdue.

Best place in Concord . They do oil change and more all repairs in the car. Mike and his wife has best customer service. Mike always check my car . My Mercedes-Benz S63 amg was over heating. Mike check my car and find the problem with the fan . We replaced and also Mike find the leak in my rear main seal . Dealer charge for that 3k but the place is much cheaper and quality. So my benz is fly like new .

I've gone here many times. At first they seemed good, then I got a battery replaced and a couple months later they had to give me another one because the battery went out. I went back again to see why my car was over heating and they looked at the car for 5 mins and told me I had to get a new cooling fan and that it would cost $550. If they would have taken the time to see the fan works fine. It was a gasket problem. So I got to pay them to not even try to find the problem. I will definitely not be back, I'm sure they have ripped others off like this.They will have you just throwing money/ parts at any problem hoping to fix it.
