not a great experience with carpet one. phil was nice. he was helpful at the store, which is the only reason there's 2 stars in this review. however-- they failed to communicate to their staff that our furniture would already be moved into our new home (as i made it clear 3-4 times, both in store and over the phone). they had to reschedule the installation day. this was a huge inconvenience for us as we have jobs that make it VERY difficult to be home and they didn't seem to care about this affecting our jobs and livelihoods. installation was fine, it turned out well. however, one employee was just beyond awful to deal with. he WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to complain about every box that he moved in the house. i heard it for HOURS. he has gray hair and is older. very unfriendly. he also left the house swiftly after he was done and literally did not care about pleasantries despite me trying to be nice the whole time. i also asked for a discount for the fact that our work was extremely distrupted by their failure to communicate. the team didn't even acknowledge the request!!! go somewhere else. this team is cranky and whiny. maybe if you're too old to lift boxes, you should retire.

This is the second time I had my flooring put in by carpet one in concord . Phil the owner is hands on and make sure you are fully satisfied with the flooring . He guides you and assists you to make the right decision. He is very informed about pro and cons of all the products . Excellent service highly recommend this store in concord . Phil the owner assisted us all the way till the flooring was installed . I highly recommend this store for personalized service . Rk

I wanted to redo the floors upstairs in our house since we moved in a few years ago but procrastinated because the project felt overwhelming. Carpet One made is so easy that I wish I hadn't waited. They were super professional every step of the way and we could not be happier with the end result.

My experience with purchasing carpet for my upstairs hall with Carpet One was outstanding . Carpet One has so many different carpet options to choose from. And Phil Meyers was excellent to work with, giving expert advice about different types of carpet available while never rushing you to make a decision. His staff did a great and precise job with installation leaving my upstairs hall immaculate. And their carpet prices are competitive. Thanks so much for excellent service.

Carpet One Floor & Home recently install flooring in a new construction ADU space for me. Phil helped me to select a product based on my needs, which included durability (in a rental space) as well as budget. He was efficient and professional at the measure and discussed the need to address some concerns in preparing the existing slab floor. The price he gave me was reasonable, and the install was scheduled. This was a two day job for Jeff, the installer, and he was also professional, tidy, and communicative. All in all, I'm completely pleased with the experience and I look forward to contacting them again when I'm ready to do some work in my own house.

We were doing a last minute project and Phil took the time to educate us on the different styles and quality of carpet that fit into our budget. We visited the showroom a couple times, picked out the carpet we liked and scheduled the install. Very easy and smooth process for us. We will be doing our next flooring project with Phil and highly recommend Carpet One in Concord!

We had an excellent experience with Carpet One. Our entire basement floor needed to be replaced with bamboo and tiles in the bathroom, and Phil gave excellent advice in the choices we made. His crew was also really professional and friendly, arriving on time and doing little extras that made a big difference to the finished product. I would highly recommend Carpet One.

Phil and Carpet One is great. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Installers were professional and quick. I had a small room for new carpet. They showed up, I left for an hour, then came back and done. They even moved my couch back in without asking. Call Phil, he'll take care of you!

We had the BEST experience with Carpet One (and that isn't my normal experience with other carpet / flooring companies). From the diligent sales guy (Dirk, who although retiring saw our job through to the finish) to the installer (Jeff - incredible patience, skill and good humor with our crazy house) to the owner (Phil - so helpful, great follow through), we were so impressed by the whole business. Can't recommend enough!!!

Carpet One was a fantastic experience. The company was referred to me by State Farm Insurance after our refrigerator leaked and ruined our kitchen. When we contacted Carpet One, Phil Meyers responded promptly and came to the house to survey the work site and take measurements. Phil's response was a lot faster than the contractor State Farm recommended to repair the rest of the kitchen. My family met with Phil at the showroom. Phil was patient and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the different flooring materials available. We selected a nice LVP and decided to have more flooring installed in the adjacent dining room. Eleven months passed before the kitchen contractor could get our kitchen put back together. Once that was done Phil put us on his schedule and walked us through the process. We were so pleased with the customer service that we decided to have new flooring installed in most of the rest of our house. The floor installer who worked on our house did an amazing job. There were issues that required a lot of work, and they were resolved. I especially appreciate the communications between the floor installer and Phil to resolve the issues. The installation was completed on schedule and was neatly done. I highly recommend Carpet One if you have flooring needs. Phil is a good listener and willing to inform his customers about his products. My family got the distinct impression that Carpet One wanted us to be satisfied customers and appreciated our business.
