“Used them because my Toyota was being fixed for a recall. Pretty nice staff and manager, very thorough in explaining everything. The 2024 Nissan Rogue was also a pretty good car, no complaints. Staff even gave me a ride back to the dealership. Dude who drove me was pretty cool and laid back. I’d definitely rent again from this location.”
“The staff was very helpful. They had to change my vehicle twice - the staff missed to notice that the first vehicle they gave me has been smoked in. The second vehicle they provided me with had a broken window, so they had to give me an older suv even though I booked a car to save on gas cost. The Suv was a nice upgrade but defeated the purpose of me trying to have a vehicle with better gas mileage for my trip. I did not mind that suv had quite a few dents and scratches, and the area around the seats was dirty. The main issue was with the front tires. They were almost bold and shook quite a bit on the highway. The staff, though, was very polite and helpful.”
