“Surprised and impressed with their kindness, expertise and service. I had a very challenging experience with another glass chain that is the registered partner with AllState. Essentially my car was seen by them for the same issue three times - they replaced the glass but the window wouldn't roll all the way up. They said, including the Sr. Tech (a very nice guy) that the motor was bent out of shape and needed to be adjusted or replaced and they couldn't do it. So many hours on the phone trying to get assigned to another glass shop under the same coverage. Finally i was approved to go to Action Glass. From the first interaction on the phone the service was good, but then...it became amazing. I went in for my appt, and about 20 min later the issue was fixed and they said 'no charge'. The 'issue' from their perspective as that the glass wasn't installed correctly and there was still glass pieces in the tracks to boot. So they cleaned things up, reinstalled the glass correctly and shazam - everything works. I could hardly believe it - after three times at the other 'major chain'? And No charge? Saints! I will always take my work there in the future.”

“Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”
