I was with my wife in the month of March at Calidad Motors. Fernando, one of the sellers at Calidad Motors, helped us. We bought a 2014 Audi. We left very happy that day from the company with very good service from Fernando, friendly and very easy. He helped us a lot and we returned happy. again to Calidad 5 months later to buy another car with my wife Bridge since we only had one car. We looked for Fernando again and he qualified us for a second car. We recommend this Diler and Fernando, a very good salesman and we took a beautiful 2014 Toyota Corolla. Very happy, my wife and I went home with our second car. We recommend this Diler. Good inventory and good service

Bought a escalde from them. Had low mileage like 54k Miles only. Lasted not even 2 months and broke down. Needed huge engine repairs. It's been in the dealer longer then I've owned the car. About 2 1/2 months at dealer. Also was supposed to get a spare key and never got it. Eventually got ignored. Worked with Gabriel. Said he would keep his word . Luckily I got extended warranty but even then they're horrible to contact as well.

Didn't plan on purchasing a car today but know that I've always wanted a G500 Mercedes. I didn't know what to expect. I went to Calidad to look for a car and their I met Fernando he was a very nice salesman, he described every detail and information about the cars, he was so kind and helpful that I went to just look at cars but ended up leaving with one. Calidad is a 10/10 place to look for used cars and specially with the help of Fernando.

Brought a car from here and it just had problems right away took it back to get repaired. Had to take it back a total of 3 times for the same issue, so the problem wasn’t properly fixed the first times. Would not recommend this place at all.

If you’re a women looking for a car don’t come here they won’t help you and they will talk down to you. It would be different if it was just an employee (Gabriel) but the owner talked down to me because I was a women we left mad and extremely disappointed they tried to upsale us a car that needed significant work done and insulted us by thinking we didn’t know the Kelley blue book value of the car. Extremely over priced and EXTREMELY rude. I expect some disrespect from a car dealership but not that level I mean wow I hope you never sale another car again….

Top clean vehicles mostly one owner. We worked with Fernando who is a great guy, told us to take our time, there was no pressure to buy, let us test drive as many vehicles as we needed to make our decision. He made the process very easy for us.

I bought an Audi Q7 from these people. In the agreement it was written that they would give me an extra key for it. Called them a few times and they always play dumb specially the manager “Jose”. The registration for my car never arrived, I bought the car in July it is now November. I haven’t seen the extra key nor the registration. I wouldn’t do business with these people again. Becareful.
