Dewg (Deug? Not sure on spelling sorry) and Natalia were so amazing! They both went above and beyond to help me with my broken sound button in an old build a bear and assist me in getting a replacement.

Absolutely love my little toothless stuffy. Very great customer service really sweet ritual before putting a heart in your creation. They also offer scents for your stuffy and different outfits, sunglasses and birth certificates for your creations! I also find the little backpacks for your stuffy very very cute!

I wanted to take my daughters here for there Birthday. I thought it was a store. They have a booth in the mall. It turned out good anyways.
