. I was told that they will pickup up pallets and refund me 25.00 each when I am done . I called them they said I have to pay to have them picked up. Not only they won't refund my deposit for the pallets but now I have to pay someone to come picks them up. I will not pay Brickyard a cent to pick them up they already took my 125.00 deposit and want me to pay them again to come and get them.

Very disappointed about the returning service, They don't take any material back it's really disappointing when all you want to do is take extra material I bought so that I don't have to waste time to come back and buy more material, Delivery's take longer than the time they are supposed to take that's why I don't go as much I hope that this helps others.

I'm astonished to see that their current Yelp rating is any less than 5 stars. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they have an enormous selection, and without hesitation the staff ran off with a forklift to bring me a pallet to look at just so I wouldn't have to walk 100 feet. Delivery was beautifully executed. Shout out to Alex, he was super friendly, showed up at the very beginning of the time window, and without hesitation even moved a previous pallet we had purchased so that we had more room to complete our project. If he hadn't done that we would've had to move it by hand which would've been a real pain. Will recommend to all friends and family, and look forward to doing business with again.

Went to Brickyard Builders to follow up on some specific pavers that I was interested in seeing for a patio renovation. While there, my husband and I met with Bill, who was incredibly helpful and informative on all aspects of our project. We also requested an estimate of what our total cost might look like. While we weren't there to buy at that time, Bill was happy to oblige our request. renovations are stressful, even in the best of circumstances, and it is always wonderful to get that kind of assistance along the way.

Our materials were delivered earlier than expected and the driver Alex was very friendly and fit 7 pallets of pavers into a tight spot on our property.

So something about the brickyard contrary to almost any other material place most guys here are usually really nice fast and friendly I was taken care of by a young girl Hispanic girl I can't I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and so awesome and so nice I believe she went above and beyond trying to find and help me look for what I needed and the fastest possible way The guys at the yard were loaded in super fast I've had times where I need to load things on my truck and I do it on my own this young kid helped me out real fast and cut my time 1/2 so of course I give him a tip It may not be the whole world to him but I hope that he understood that I appreciated his efforts overall everyone that I encounter at this place was super nice and helpful thank you

Found all my needed material. Personnel answered all my questions and guaranteed proper calculation of needed supplies. Especially gave me quotes and let me know how long my quote was good for.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! We were in the unfortunate situation of having pavers in our patio that got damaged - and the pavers were discontinued by the company, who distributes /manufactures them (Belgard). It seemed no one had the ones we needed that we checked with l, but Larry was an angel, and personally checked the yard for me to see if there were any spare layers. Otherwise, he was prepared with the next closest thing. Just a few moments ago Larry called me with the great news he found the original pavers! He then suggested I consider buying some extra just in case we ever need a few more, and since it is from a discontinued line, which I think is a great idea. I paid by phone and arranged for our paver installer to pick it up. If you need pavers, this is THE BEST PLACE to get them. You don't often find great customer service, like Larry provided me today. Now we can rest at ease, our patio will be restored to its original undamaged look and glory. :-)

Don't go here if you're looking for any sort of guidance. It seems like this place is more geared for Contractors vs regular folks that are trying to figure out what the heck to buy to make their place look nice. Jim was the guy who "helped" us and he was pretty arrogant and aloof when we were talking to him. Didn't give any context on the stones or the nature of their suitability for our project. We were there to spend several thousand dollars and he seemingly couldn't care less. Also, when it came time to estimate the volume of stones to order (you have to buy by the ton not square footage) Jim just shrugged his shoulders and said "you tell me how much you want...I can't say." Thanks man! Super helpful! I managed to get one of the younger guys there to help and he said they actually have a cheat sheet for approximate square ft/ton conversions so Jim was either intentionally playing dumb (so we order more?) or he's actually not that bright. He also said about a hundred times "NO RETURNS!!" On that note, I'd recommend going for the lower end of the estimated tonnage you need...they seem to over quote by a wide margin and unless you want a bunch of leftovers be wary. Anyway...aside from the pretty poor sales experience everything else was fine. They delivered on time (for a fee) and that was that. Our contractor suggested them so we purchased our stuff there but yeah, wouldn't necessarily recommend unless you know EXACTLY what you're looking for.
