Kee’s is a family-owned shop, run by a father and son who clearly love what they do. They’re so happy to make their customers happy, and it shows. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also installed a pair of aftermarket taillights for me. The fitment was a bit off, as is common with aftermarket parts, but they added a washer to make sure it fit perfectly. That kind of attention to detail is awesome.

“I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“Rob at Techzone was amazing! My car sat at the dealer for 3 days before being diagnosed. Upon inspection the dealer said they would need 4 more hours at a cost of nearly 1500.00 to diagnose the issue. Frustrated at the delays and high cost I made a few calls. I won the lottery with the call to Techzone. Rob answered, and was not only able to take my car same day, he went and picked my car up from the dealer. 4 hours later and my car was fixed! They were so great I had them do some additional items that were on the maintenance horizon. These guys are fast, honest and have the best customer service! Thank you Rob and the team at Techzone! My problem was that my garage has been overwhelmed with personal property that is stored there. As a result, my garage was a tight fit to park both of our cars. And of course, I rubbed against some stored items that created a problem with the passenger side door that needed to be addressed before it became a bigger issue. So, I stopped by Elite and spoke to Julio Flores and asked him if he could fix it. He not only fixed the problem quickly and by himself, but he didn't charge me a dime either. I was floored. I am not saying he will do this for all; however, I want to point out that this guy cares about his customers. If you don't use Elite for your auto body needs, you're missing out. “I highly recommend Mike for his work on my 1970 Porsche 914. The car was new to me and had a fair amount of rust on the floorpans and engine compartment and needed the battery tray installed . This was a tricky project as the old rust had to get cut out and new floorpan patches welded in, while avoiding fuel lines and various cables under the car and working in the cramped space of a mid-engine classic. Mike's work was fantastic and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated, including adding fixes discovered during the process. He is very knowledgeable on classic cars and put a lot of thought into our project. Mike was good about sending pictures along the way and keeping me updated on progress. He was very communicative when we picked up the vehicle, showing us pictures of every aspect of the repair. He got the job done in the timeframe he originally suggested and we're excited Mike was able to get our 914 back on the road to full restoration.”

“Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”
