Take my advice go to Miguel for Quality work and Affordable work. He’s got a frame machine for crying out loud don’t go to a garage repair where they slap buckets of Bondo on your car get it done right by Lepis Customs with Miguel”

“Initially I was very unhappy because of the cost of the repair. I told them I didn’t have that much and they reviewed the repair and determined my hoses were fine, just a little old. That brought it down about 300.00. I pulled the money together and let them proceed.

I was out of a car for a week, not happy about that. But that’s where my experience changed. When I finally got my car back, not only did they fix the power steering problem, but they determined that my last mechanic failed to bleed the air out when they removed power steering to get to my a/c pump. That’s what caused it to fail. After that repair, I also had a nightmare of electrical problems. Transmission light, engine light, brake light…though the car was fine.

You guys put the car back together correctly, fixing all of the electrical issues caused by the last repair. The car runs like when I first bought it. The last mechanic told me I should just trash my car and get a new one. You guys reminded me why I bought it in the first place. It’s running like a dream. No weird electrical stuff, no dash lights, and I can steer with one finger, no power steering whine.

It was stressful getting it fixed, and very expensive, but in retrospect, the quality of the repair made it all worth it. On that basis alone, I will be back. Eventually. Hopefully MUCH later.

They offer top-notch service and amazing customer care, and you can really see their passion in the attention to detail they put into their work. I checked out five other body shops, all quoting me thousands, but Kee’s gave me the best deal. Kee’s is a family-owned shop, run by a father and son who clearly love what they do. They’re so happy to make their customers happy, and it shows. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also installed a pair of aftermarket taillights for me. The fitment was a bit off, as is common with aftermarket parts, but they added a washer to make sure it fit perfectly. That kind of attention to detail is awesome.

“The absolute best quality repairs. If you want your car fixed the right way, come here. Their team is great to work with and are absolutely fantastic at what they do! Badges are never reused- instead they order new ones so that your car looks as absolutely pristine as possible. They also quality control check every single replacement part that comes in, and if fitment and finish isn't perfect, they ask the dealer to swap it out for one that is perfect. As they are a small shop, sometimes the wait can be longer than usual, but in the end it's worth it as their quality of repair can't be beat!”

“I've used a few body shops in the North Bay area and they're all very good, restoring my vehicles back to the condition they were before the accidents, so there's not much to write about. But last month my 2019 F150 needed body work after a young man crashed into the left side of my truck. My company suggested Falcon in Concord. After 2 weeks, as promised, I came to pick up the truck and of course it was fixed beautifully as expected and the bonus was the detailing job they had done to my truck, inside and outside. Looked like a brand new truck, again. Got home, I noticed that they'd replaced one of the light bulb in my tail lights too. A week later, my wife said the AC didn't work, I spoke to Herson and he told me they only worked on the body but bring it back anyway so they could take a look. Herson had a technician came out and troubleshot and replaced a fuse to get the AC going. Now, that was above and beyond customer service. I was not only happy but really delighted. Thanks Herson! Oh, I forgot to mention that they picked up my truck from my home in Suisun City and brought it to Concord to work on it too. Hopefully I won't need their service anymore, LOL, but if I do, they're the one I'd think of.”

“Came here needing an alternator replaced. I was referred to MBZ Auto by the owner of the tow company that had towed my car after parking in a no parking zone ? (thanks to my alternator for going out at that exact parking spot). At the end of the day, things happen for a reason & I'm glad I was towed LOL! “I highly recommend Mike for his work on my 1970 Porsche 914. The car was new to me and had a fair amount of rust on the floorpans and engine compartment and needed the battery tray installed . This was a tricky project as the old rust had to get cut out and new floorpan patches welded in, while avoiding fuel lines and various cables under the car and working in the cramped space of a mid-engine classic. Mike's work was fantastic and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated, including adding fixes discovered during the process. He is very knowledgeable on classic cars and put a lot of thought into our project. Mike was good about sending pictures along the way and keeping me updated on progress. He was very communicative when we picked up the vehicle, showing us pictures of every aspect of the repair. He got the job done in the timeframe he originally suggested and we're excited Mike was able to get our 914 back on the road to full restoration.”

“All the staffs were super knowledgeable. Came here as one of the insurance network auto shops to repair a back bumper. They took the estimate from insurance and worked with inurance directly for additiinal charges. Dropped off the car on Tuesday morning, and ready for pickup Thursday afternoon after replacing the entire back bump with brand new paint. “The service was great. Just a heads up, if you're thinking of scheduling an appointment online through your insurance company, you might want to wait and call them first. I did this and I needed to schedule an estimate first, which the site didn't know.But the service was great. “Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”
