Ask for Seth Hein!! He's positive and very knowledgeable without being pushy. I was dreading the search for a new vehicle, which is typically a miserable experience of many hours at a dealership. I was set on a Lexus but promised my son I'd drive a BMW. I fell in love with the BMW, it drives so much better than the Lexus I tried. I told Seth I was only stopping in at the request of my son. He was patient, educated me about the vehicle and financing/incentives. He was responsive to texts and called to follow up after the purchase (in case I had questions). I also appreciated Ariel, who walked me through my vehicle after I purchased it. Buying this car was fun, and much quicker than anticipated. Ariel helping with set up really made it a seamless process. Thank you all!!

We purchased our lease vehicle and our sales associate Christian was very nice and professional. They made a point to say that since were now involving the dealership that they would have to make sure the vehicle was up to BMW standards before selling us the vehicle. That makes perfect sense to me but to my surprise upon pickup of the vehicle they hadn’t cleaned the vehicle not even a little bit. It was very surprising given the fact they made sure to explain to us multiple times that car had to be up to BMW standards. Other than that the experience was easy and fine.

I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Concord, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I spoke to them on the phone, I was impressed by their professionalism and the commitment to customer satisfaction. I had the best car buying experience with Jake at BMW Concord. This is maybe the 10th car I have purchased. The reason the experience was great are as follows:1. I spent about 20min waiting to purchase the car total 10min on the day I test drove it and 10min on the day I picked it up. I did the signing at home which was also very quick. Not 3hr spent at the dealer.2. The car was in amazing condition. I bought a used car and it was, cleaned, waxed, fully charged, and all the accessories were there. (keys floor mats, charger, etc.).3. There was no haggling over the price. The price was exactly what was advertised (plus taxes and title). They didn't try to force me to buy extra things.Great experience, I would come back.

We had a wonderful experience buying an X3 from BMW Concord. Nick and the team assisted throughout the process without rushing our decision. All questions were answered and it really helped put us at ease. Most of the buying process was able to be handled remotely, so it suited our busy lives. That said, their showroom (and coffee) is top notch, so be sure to hang out a bit there! This will be our first stop when it is time to purchase another car. Thanks guys!

I am not typically one to write reviews but I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with Mursal at BMW Concord. This is my second vehicle I have leased from them with Mursal as my Lease Consultant. She is attentive and very responsive whenever I have had questions. I made a second purchase specifically because of Mursal. On my first purchase, the original vehicle I looked at and considered was sold prior to my returning to the dealership. Not to worry, Mursal sent a video and photos of a recent arrival days later which was a perfect replacement for the sold unit. I advised her I was looking to replace my wife's vehicle a few weeks ago and she was able to locate a beautiful replacement that my wife loves. Continue the great service and responsiveness. It is one of the main reasons I will continue to do business with Mursal and BMW Concord in the future. Keep up the great work.

I HATE this dealership! Even from the first day we walked into the Mini dealership to buy my wife's car they have been a hassle to work with. Looking back, I wish I had never bought a car from this dealership. On the day my wife picked up her new car (during Covid) they told us if you have any questions about the operation of the car just go to YouTube. Really? I had just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma about a month earlier, no issues with the Toyota dealership, and they took the time to go over all the bells and whistles. I was comfortable with my new Toyota the day I left the lot.But my real gripe with Concord BMW is their service dept. I live in Napa, and even for an oil change I have to take a loaner, which means 3-4 hours of driving over two days. Their service department doesn't seem to have the ability to make an appointment and just get a simple oil change and inspection done on the spot. I don't want to take a loaner, and I don't want to come back the next day to get my car. Every time I have service done I complain and they refuse to work with me. In other words, it's their way or the highway. I promise, I will never buy another car from this dealership and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Working with Chris was amazing. He went over the top with trying to get me the customer satisfaction I required to purchase my car. Stay away from these frauds.Initial experience was good until we got to the financing, we were at the dealership and was asked to "zoom" the finance manager right in the lobby. He was unprofessional, not very knowledgable and made some inappropriate jokes. We had to dial in on our phones and try to read and sign for the agreements.After a very painful signing, it was another hell of a 2 months period where the finance manager could not figure out how to set up our paperwork. We requested to finance through our Credit Union that we have banked with for over 10 years and had them tell us the paperwork submitted was incorrect.When reporting my experience to the manager there was nothing at all.Let's also talk about this "Dentpro" coverage. It was advertised by our sales person as an easy process - go into any BMW dealership for service. We go to our local BMW to find out that that is not the case and we have to call some number to log a claim. I called the service number that lead me to a disconnected line and a cell phone that has a full mailbox.I would stay away from this inefficient and dishonest dealership.

If I was able to give zero star I would’ve give zero star.I brought my car for service ,the car was with them for overnight. The next morning I went to pick up my car from them the service guy Francis told me that your car tires are stolen. He said we will replace it for you free of charge to calm me down after few days Alex the service manager called me and said we are not responsible for the damages to your car. He was rude and told me to pick up my car or I will leave it on the street. They are rude and not responsible for the damages of my car. The cost to my car to repair and replace the wheels are approximately $14k.I will be taking them to the court.
