What an absolutely worthless business with worthless employees. Took a brand new 2024 e-tron here with some minor bumper damage. The first thing the *ick asked before looking at the car was, whose insurance is paying for this. We said someone had backed into the car and their insurance, Farmers, would be covering the repairs. He was immediately uninterested in the repair and said "farmers is terrible, they won't pay us". He then asked who we are insured by (State Farm) - "Oh they are the worst". Essentially told us to either get ready to pay for the repair ourselves or take the car somewhere else. A complete *SS hole.I called AW collision, right around the corner and a Porsche specialist. They couldn't believe what this idiot said.DO NOT take your business here.

Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.

This place is shady at best. They have had our car for over a month trying to extort more money from the insurance company and ourselves for undocumented charges. The techs that do the actual work may be great but the front office is shady. They constantly kept changing their billing to try and get more money from the insurance company and actually admitted to what I would consider fraudulent claims. I now fully realize why they are not a approved shop by our major insurance carrier. (Additional info after pickup). Upon arriving at the front desk to pick up her car, the GM Kevin M. and Joaquin A. had the cashier leave the room and teamed up and harassed my wife about the review I wrote this morning. They tried to intimidate her and blamed everyone else. Hard to believe 2 men would corner a woman and harass her about a review she didn't write for 15 minutes. I hope someone from Sunwise contacts us so they can hear my wife's experiences first hand. Kevin M. should be fired and if he wants to harass someone he has my number. Avoid these dirtbags at all costs. Update 3-21-23 Instead of dealing with the customer service nightmare of the GM they complained to Yelp about the review.

My experience with carvana insurance company SilverRock has been awful but Thank you to BMW Concord Collision estimator Maurice Perry for helping me get the quote approved. It's taken 4 months for Carvana insurance Silverrock to approval a quote that carvana said they would take care of. Maurice has been their since day one we have been through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, and Columbus day. Soon I will have my car back to enjoy.

Save your money. This shop is no better than a mom and pop shop. For the work that they did, and how much they charged, I am not impressed. When I took in the car, before work was authorized, they were incredible. They made me feel like they were totally on my side. I felt I could trust the shop. I thought I was getting the best repair for my vehicle, and the best service. I was wrong. The car sat at their shop for a whole week while they argued with the insurance company. The total bill came out just under $16k. Total time in shop was about 3 weeks. I had to keep communicating for updates and initiating contact. But that is not the worst part, just a minor nuisance. When I came to pick up the vehicle, once it was "done", I found that it was not done. The driver side door handle was missing a trim piece that covers the door lock and the handle was still scuffed (see pic). I had to take time out of my very busy day to go back and have them take care of it. The repair done on the rear portion of the bumper is wavy, not visually appealing if you know what you are looking at. On the passenger side (not damaged during accident) you can see how it came from the factory. Their repair looks amateur on the driver side. I won't take it back to have it fixed. I don't trust them anymore. The interior door handle (see pic), has a HUGE chunk missing. It was gouged at while in their possession. They took a check-in video and showed me. Then I pointed out that you can tell the handle was in MUCH better condition when I brought it in, and now it is missing a quarter sized chunk! They called it normal wear and tear and refused to fix their mistake. I argued saying that it is not normal wear and tear. Kevin, their service manager, came out and said they would cover the labor, but not the $100 part. I ended up paying the $100 part, even though I shouldn't have. Kevin needs to learn customer service, and creating repeat customers, and word of mouth recommendations is crucial to their business. Either way, they had the proof that the door handle was not mangled prior to dropping it off, but now it is. They should've covered the part THEY damaged. If they were honest and owned up to it, this would have been a 4 star review. But they burned me. Keep in mind, I have been a breeze to work with up until this point. The service advisor Maurice was good enough. His communication was clear. He had good intentions. But getting burned at the end, leaving me untrusting was not good. Shoulda woulda coulda. In the end, I picked up my car after they replaced interior door handle trim, and noticed a scuff on the front bumper which they had just replaced. Since I do not trust them anymore, just as no one should, I will not take it back. Pro tip to BMW collision center: get a new service manager. Kevin should've taken care of a customer on a $100 part that just spent $16,000. If you read all this, just find a body shop that your insurance recommends. That way your insurance will back your repair until it is perfect. See attached photos of interior and exterior door handle as well as rear bumper. Thanks.

These guys and gals did a terrific job. This was an insurance claim repair on a very new car. Dominic worked with me to ensure that all damaged components were replaced and repaired to OEM standards. This is not the type of place that does oil changes and tires, these are the big guys and their work was seamless. Great job.

This place introduced micro-scratches all over my car, 2 deeper scratches and a tiny dent. I had chosen them to have a door replaced after an accident, thinking that a business that is servicing high-end German cars would have attention to detail - all the way to the end. They couldn't tell me what exactly happened but my guess is they washed the car with a sponge (or whatever) before washing off the dust and dirt - think of it as using a fine sand paper on your. Even the new door (entire door was replaced) that was given a clear coat had scratches proving that the scratches weren't there before (and by the way, I only hand-wash my car using 2-bucket method). The only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because they tried to fix the issues and the accident repair process was smooth. The dent was removed quickly, a couple deeper scratches were buffed out, however, the detailer they chose did not do a great job. Now I remember the experience every time I see the remaining scratches and there is a lot. I am still debating whether I should complain to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. By the way, be wary of the many positive reviews. I noticed that one 5-star review on google is by the manager itself - begs the question how many other 5-star reviews are bogus/by friends of the business.

I have used BMW Concord Collision Center a few times and have been extremely satisfied with their excellent work. My car has looked terrific every time I've picked it up. David White has always been a great help to me. He's professional, accessible, and very hard working. He kept me informed, and even delivered my car back to my house. He is a perfectionist- and very personable. His staff is courteous and helpful too. I highly recommend the BMW Collision Center highly.
