I absolutely LOVE this place, mainly for their loose screws haha. I always find myself missing one or two in my Facebook marketplace finds, and they are always able to help me find a replacement. The staff are super friendly!

The hardware store staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and visible. They have always been helpful when I've been there. The store is clean and well organized. It's easy to browse and lose track of time.

I went to Ace today because I am a long time customer of Bill's Ace Hardware in Concord CA and although they are slightly more expensive than other places, I like to support small local businesses. I went in today to buy myself 10 bins and was going to use my $20 off coupon however the bins were on sale for $18, which isn't even a sale when they are $14 at home depot, Walmart, Lowe's and other places, but I still wanted to purchase from Ace. They wouldn't allow me to use my coupon because the item was on sale, i get that. I then asked them to charge me full price for the bins so I can use my coupon and the young man helping us wasn't too friendly. I asked him if I could please speak to his manager to ask him and said "I can but its not going to change anything" and he called him on the phone and said "these customers want to use a coupon and I already told them they couldn't but they still want to talk to you". It was a little bit shocking the lack of customer service skills he has. It could be he's young and doesnt know how to speak to customers but he should probably learn. The manager said he couldn't help us but I believe he could have if he wanted to. I will probably think twice before going there to pay more when they don't take care of there loyal customers.

Shout out to Yvonne, at Bill's Ace Hardware for stopping everything to assist me in selecting the best ponchos for my disabled clients! Outstanding customer service and couldn't be nicer! Bill's Ace Hardware is definitely the place to go for selection and 1:1 assistance! Really enjoyed looking through the Home and Gift section as well. Unique selection of items! Bought myself a gift. They have an engraver there as well where you can personalize gifts. I have gotten several gifts engraved, and family/friends loved it! Thanks again, Yvonne and all the wonderful staff at Bill's Ace Hardware!

Wonderful service and experience with Bren in getting a new auto key fob. He offered options available for my situation, which was not done by other Ace locations where applicable. And certainly not by the dealerships. The job was completed in short order and Bren was able to solve a subsequent issue immediately. Kudos to a business and employees who exemplify the term service.

let me start by saying KK is by far the true meaning of customer service. she goes above and beyond never accepting NO as an answer. i had to get some paint matched today and had to return to the store (3) times and each time she was giving all she had to esnsure the paint matched. from looking at the color in natural lighting to comparing to color scheme books. KK is nothing short of amazing and my experience with her makes me want to shop more at ACE where i will look for her help. she is the reason why ill be back. id also like to add that Yvonne is such an amazing person, always greeting with a amile amnd warm heart. constantly ready to assist with any needs. her personality lights up the room. i can honestly say that we nee more people like KK and Yvonne.

Came in today to look for a couple of sale items. We had a hard time finding an item, but Jay and Art came to the rescue. Not only did they go out of their way to find them, but they made sure we got the sale prices, got us a cart, and loaded my truck. Very helpful to us two old ladies! Very pleasant shopping experience. Another employee offered help as well!! Great customer service. Thank you!!!!

This store has the absolute best customer service. I had to order a new key fob for my Mazda CX-5, and they were able to get me an appointment/order my key promptly. It did take a couple weeks to arrive, but that is just the delay from the vendors who make these keys. They let me know as soon as it arrived, and were able to schedule me an appointment right away. The total cost is around 250, where the dealership was quoting about 1K!Case in Point:I was on hold for just a few minutes, and somebody jumped on the line to make sure I was not forgotten twice. Count me as a loyal customer.

Bill's Ace hardware is a true favorite home shopping center for me, they have exceptional service everyone owe is always extra friendly always very helpful very knowledgeable helping me find products that I'm looking for and the Best brands and they go definitely the extra mile. They have a very welcoming atmosphere with a vast selection to make my hardware store experience definitely a five-star experience every time love coming here thank you guys.

I stopped in yesterday and met the most wonderful lady! Terri went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. Thank you Terri and the lovely cashier who checked me out. This store definitely has Christmas cheer and I appreciate that so much this time of the year. Happy Holidays to a wonderful team.
