Big lots is so un orginized and dirty the bathrooms are always dirty/broken and the shelf's are always empty and nobody does anything around although the workers are super nice they don't do sh*t around. And i was trying to get some soap but their was just a bunch of boxes covering a whole entire aisle covering the toilet, and tissue paper and soap. Honestly its over priced and a sh*tty store.

They closed at 8:45 pm when their hours on the door say 9 pm. I don’t care when you close as long as you stick to your listed hours of operation. I leave one star reviews when businesses aren’t open on time or close early since I can’t patron them to see how good other aspects of the business is.

Can usually find something here whether I need it or not…prices have gone up quite a bit more lately. Employees were friendly & nice.

Pretty nicestore . Associates were friendly,, store was clean and found some good deals. ?Don't forget to check out the end caps. That's where the crazy deals are! Update. They seem to have a little more brand name items theses days. Merch selection is still impressive. Keep it up!Nice!

Zero stars. Complete disaster inside to the point that it's probably not safe especially near the rugs and bedroom items. I found an item on sale and the cashier ripped off the tag and said that's not the price and proceeds to try to charge me full price. I'm not going to argue with this obviously ignorant person. Terrible customer service!

This store is a little nasty especially in the back left corner. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and always perform some sort of small talk which is welcoming to the customer.

Love the Big Lots on Monument Blvd in Concord, CA the staff is always helpful and kind. Although the line gets long they work hard to get everyone through the line in a timely fashion.
