Really better seeds. I got fast growing super zucchini there. Banana squash are Vining all over. Butter nuts are good looking plants. Higher prices but excellent quality of DNA in the seeds

We will never go there again. The isles were blocked with boxes and merchandise on the floor. Entering the building there were 3 men sitting around one of the pillars on the outside overhang who were eating food and scattering the trash all over the walkway. As we passed by they staring calling out the "N" word and we are about as white as you can be. We did not react. Upon leaving, the 3 young men were sitting around the post next to where we were parked. We got into our vehicle and drove away vowing NEVER to return.

Sometimes you can get some good deals here. You never know what items they will have, it changes all the time. Right now shelves are fully stocked and can be hard to push a shopping cart around. The employees are helpful. Most of the time there is not a lot of people there so checking out is not bad. They will stack coupons (use more then 1 coupon for discounts on 1 order.)
You can purchase online and pick up at the store or have it shipped to your home.
Lots of parking is always available.

Absolute worst for pickups, bought item online for in store pickup. Come to the store they can't find my order in their system, online showing item picked up, store manager is rude and unwilling to work with me. Directs me to online customer service, and refuses to resell me the same item in stock for the online price I bought the item for. They have 2 items in stock and I have already been charged for Big Lots online store for the a full amount. Never had such horrid pickup issues before, only at Big lots. When i asked for price check on local inventory the store manager made it look like she was doing me a favor - the attitude was not appreciated. I will be lucky if I get a refund seeing how this place operates.

Great store. Well organized. Lots of items on sale and clearance. Food, groceries and houshold items at good prices. Definetly a good local store to shop at for general household needs.

Big lots is so un orginized and dirty the bathrooms are always dirty/broken and the shelf's are always empty and nobody does anything around although the workers are super nice they don't do sh*t around. And i was trying to get some soap but their was just a bunch of boxes covering a whole entire aisle covering the toilet, and tissue paper and soap. Honestly its over priced and a sh*tty store.

They closed at 8:45 pm when their hours on the door say 9 pm. I don’t care when you close as long as you stick to your listed hours of operation. I leave one star reviews when businesses aren’t open on time or close early since I can’t patron them to see how good other aspects of the business is.

Can usually find something here whether I need it or not…prices have gone up quite a bit more lately. Employees were friendly & nice.
