Dirty ! First off walking into the room there's hair on the floor in the bathtub. I don't really think they actually clean these rooms! Except for maybe change the sheets. "I hope"! My allergies were acting up so bad which I'm guessing is because they don't vacuum the rooms!!! Second off! I booked through booking first 2 nights no issue. But I extended my stay do to my husband having to work an extra day! And spent 3 hours fighting back and fourth with booking and best western. Booking took my money for the extend but Best western didn't get their commission so they wouldn't give me a key! Which still had all my things in it still! You would think as a customer they would give you the key and figure it out with booking! They work with them not me! Horrible! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! $124 plus a $100 deposit to book a room that is dirty and outdated and dealing with booking issues! NOT WORK IT. Thank me later

Not a bad place to stay at all. Felt safe, service was good. My only complaint would be they needed to upgrade their TV. But I would stay there again and for the price you can't beat

We often stay in Best Westerns as they are usually consistently okay for the price, and in this case, there are a lot of quite nasty, "budget" hotels in Concord. That said, while back visiting family, we opted for this BW hotel because we were very familiar with the area, having previously lived nearby for 20 years. We've stayed here twice, and although the rooms are a little jaded (especially the nasty, old, Jacuzzis), the staff were fine, the cooked breakfast was good and we were generally happy with the stay. The last time we stayed there however, there were homeless people hanging around, on foot and on bicycles, and as the hotel is not enclosed, they can wander around anywhere in the compound. The first day there was an Indian man (manager?), throwing them out and threatening to call the police on them, but on other mornings, when he was not around, the homeless would come into the breakfast room, elbowing paying guests out of the way, help themselves to breakfast, then brazenly sit amongst the paying guests to eat it !! The little Filipina maid told us that she asks them to leave, but is afraid to be more forceful than that when they ignore her in case they get violent. Totally unacceptable ! I would say that they need a few security guards, but that said, I'm always wary of hotels that have guards. I.e Why do they *need* security guards? I don't know what the answer is, but the status quo is unacceptable, and I told Best Western the same.

One night stayed for Business, the place in centrical, most fast food nearby Macdonald, cross the parking lot, and few others nearby, busy street where the hotel is, but my room was quiet at night and durinf the day.my room was so pleasant and clean, my bed was comfortable and clean, shower clean as the restroom as well, no soap? No problem, there's soap, body wash and hair conditioner definitely I can book again.

This Inn met all our needs. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were some of the best I've ever had, they were great. Style is older, but it has been modernized nicely. They have an outdoor pool, but I didn't use it. Price was great in comparison to other places.

Samuel at the front desk was nothing but exceptional and accommodating! I had driven in from the Reno area and he really made my check in quick and smooth!! I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are great. Staff is awesome!

Except during the pandemic, we have been coming here for over 20 years and stay 3-5 days each time to visit family in the area. I can honestly say that during this time some of the rooms have been upgraded with better showers and water pressure as well as nicer bed linens. The breakfasts have also improved and offer a nice variety. The ladies who work the breakfast area are very accommodating and pay attention to detail. This is the ONLY place worth staying at in Concord which shows how dire the lodging situation is in Concord. When we have to stay elsewhere if this place is full, we always regret it. This motel is clean. The biggest drawback anymore is the lack of security here. The area has declined in recent years, and it definitely shows here. Also, the website says that pets are not allowed but I have been chased twice by vicious dogs. It is really frightening. When I addressed this at the front desk, they said if guests tell them it is a service animal, they have to accept them as it's the law. This is crazy as they can ask for proof as the airlines do now. The vicious dogs I have seen are not service animals as service animals are specially trained to be obedient. At the very least, they should not be loose without a leash outside charging and terrifying other guests. Also, on our last visit, there was a domestic violence situation a couple rooms away from us. It sounded like someone was being thrown around and could be injured, at the very least. It was so loud and frightening. I notified the front desk and the young woman on duty came down to address the issue with the occupants and the screaming was really elevated then and I frankly was shocked that the young woman on duty at the front desk had to be the one to handle this. Why is there no security guard for this place? How irresponsible of the owner to put their employees in this position. The guy who was enraged could have hit her or been armed. She could have been seriously injured or worse. The parking lot also has some shady characters as well especially in the rear as we have seen guys making some kind of deals, men and women appear to be making some kind of deal. When we came in one night, 3 guys were together in the back lot and seemed to be acting rather suspicious, when 2 police squad cars drove up. There was one room next to the pool, that very young children were kept outside of the room, sitting on the walkway outside the door in their pajamas. I was really concerned for these children. Just several examples as to the decline at this location which is a shame and could be corrected. If the owner had a security guard more families would feel safer about staying here but it soon will be frequented more often by drug dealers and prostitutes.

One of the worst motel experiences I've ever had. Thin walls and ceiling allowing noisy neighbors to keep me up. Broken lightbulbs. Hair in towels. Damaged, loud A/C unit. Tasteless breakfast. Bad TV reception with an almost impossible to use remote. Best Western, you had one job - to provide a restful sleep environment - and you completely failed.Rooms: Broken and inconsistent lighting. The A/C unit had something very wrong with it: loud, inconsistent hurricane noises that made it almost impossible to sleep. Walls and ceiling so thin that we heard all of our neighbors every time they made any noise or took a step. Cheap construction that makes Best Western look really bad.Safety: There was ice on the ground in m front of the ice machine. Had I not moved it, somebody could have slipped and hurt themselves.Food & drinks: So bland I was questioning reality.Noteworthy details: Fun fact: towels aren't clean if they still have hair stuck in them, especially pubic hair.

The staff was very kind but also every time we stepped outside to smoke a cigarette the people in the apartments kept complaining we were being to loud. We were just talking at a normal volume. It was very annoying. Im a soft spoken person, my friends and family are always asking me to speak up. But having a conversation in a parking lot is too loud. Yeah wont be going back here if im going to get yelled at every time i try to enjoy myself.

Breakfast is always great here. Like the best. The area itself shouldn't be that bad but unfortunately depending on who else is staying it can get very uncomfortable. Some of the other guests will hover around you and scour the parking lot looking for smoked cigarette butts. The problem is other guests. This place has consistent quality and the breakfast ? ?

It was nice. Walking distance to a lot of fast food and a 7-11. Rooms was a little wore down and did have some spider webs on the seat. The pool was nice and refreshing.Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff, very realxing pool and also had a jacuzzi but unfortunately it was out of order at the time of my visit.

I was in town for a funeral. I accidentally left my hat at the hotel and I don't live close by. I called to ask if they could ship it to me and the employee at the front desk said he would speak to a manager and call me back. I provided my name, number, and the details about the hat I left and he confirmed it was there. He never called me back, so I called two days later. The person who answered said that they would send it, but I needed to pay for the shipping label and email it to them. I said okay that's fine. With everything going on due to the death in my family, I didn't get to sending the label right away. Next time I called which was less than 2 weeks after my stay to tell them I'm sending the label, they said they already got rid of all the lost and found items for the month... I understand they cannot hold people's items forever, but I contacted them and left all my contact info as well as the details about my hat, so I thought they would at least be courteous and call me before throwing my property in the trash.

The layout of the hotel was a bit strange, but not bad. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing special. Our room was spacious, and the hotel was in a good location.Nearby activities: Close to the Concord Pavillion.
