I too had a bad experience with Bay Appliance. My home warranty company sent them out to fix my dishwasher and they said the washer and dryer would have to be pulled out, well WHY? When my tenant said he could not pull them out they left and I got charged $85. for absolutely nothing!

Never showed up. My husband called to ask why they did not show up and reschedule a person named Neal was unwilling to help reschedule and also refused to transfer the call to a manager. The lack of professionalism is beyond appalling.
