I tried asking for help with one of the associates (she might have been a manager i'm not sure) but she gave me a disgusted look as if I didn't have any common knowledge and she also had a tone of voice that made it sound like she was annoyed with my question and it made me feel like I was being a burden while asking a simple question.Unacceptable!!!!!!

At other locations, like Brentwood and 280 Metro, you are welcomed in a soon as you step inside. Employees would ask if you need assistance at least twice per visit. Here, I got none of that. I had to seek out employees for assistance multiple times. Older lady working the White Barn side was super mean to an employee on bbw side. She was even short with me. Big time attitude! Won't be coming back to this location again. Visited 07.21.23 @ 430pm. Management needs to correct her behavior. She was grouchy AF!

Besides the marketing promotions like BOGO or Buy 8, etc., the customer service lacked at their store on Saturday. Take note, we went in looking for something specific, it was a particular candle holder we've had our eye on and since it was the semi-annual sale, why note take advantage. We went in and since most things are all over the store, we asked the rep (Danielle) if they had this particular holder in stock, or where we could find it. Without even taking a minute to check what we're looking for, she quickly dismissed our question and us for that matter and rudely said what you see on the floor is what we have and I can't look up any products. She then walked away. Baffled by what just happened, we didn't even have time to react when a sweet young lady that works there (Ailsa) came over and was holding the candle holder we were looking for and said, "I'm sorry about that, were you looking for this?" Amazing customer service. She clearly saw the type of customer service her co-worker provided and knew she would be able to assist us better. We are thankful for Ailsa for providing excellent customer service. She is wonderful and the reason I am giving a 3-star review. If we'd have walked out with the service from only Danielle, this would have been a 1-star, less if it was possible. She should take notes on what providing customer service is all about. Sorry BBW, but you need to do better training with your staff because that was not acceptable. I decided to stick around a bit and watch how she and the other employees interacted with customers, for the most part it was decent. Noticed that those who were on the floor as greeters near the door or restocking/cleaning, were all very bubbly and helpful, like Ailsa. BUT, I also noted, those that were working the registers were miserable looking. Like my goodness, put a smile on your face when interacting with customers. Remember, none of us, the customers, twisted your arm to put in the application to work there.

BIG SHOUTOUT TO LIZ FOR SAVIN THE DAY I ordered 4 3-wick candles that were on sale for $13.95 WITH a 25% off my whole order offer 6 days ago and did not receive a notice that my order was ready for pickup. I learned they cancel orders not picked up within 3 days (or maybe it's 5 I can't remember) but I never received notice that my order was ready so I was very confused. Luckily, Liz was in the area and offered to honor my order despite it being out of the pickup window because I never received an email. It's typical for emails to be sent to spam but I didn't receive anything in either spam/junk or inbox folders. Paid the EXACT price I was originally paying for my online order thanks again, Liz! And Liz V for giving me a basket and showing me where to find a certain candle.

Already know what I wanted. But service was okay. Please greet everyone no matter their skin color. I've worked in customer service for years and treat everyone with grace and mercy.
