We have almost closed our accounts with B of A because of this location on several occasions.... If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude, unaccommodating and I've had to go through corporate multiple times to resolve to what seems to be simple issues. DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Just went in to get my card ordeal situated, she was nice, it wasn't too busy it was just very slow pace. She said both of her workers were both busy doing something and she was gonna get me an appointment or something but I was never talk to again and I'm in a rush so I had to just stop by another location instead. Had I've been told just anything about what was going on I would've stayed to wait but since I wasn't even informed on what was going on I just left I figured they forgot about me. So I'm still on the road to another one currently. She watched us get up and leave and never said a word so she was nice I just don't assume I'd be back anytime soon if I can help it.

This branch is total crap. It's Friday morning, the line is 6 or 7 people deep, and there's exactly 1 teller. Ridiculous. Hire more people, or just shut this branch down.

Service inside the branch is non-existent. Manger and other supervisors have contempt for customers who dare to walk into the lobby. Happened more than once so I assume that is the new normal. It's so bad, one can only conclude it is an effort to keep people away and to push the clients to use the online tools which is apparently where they are spending all efforts & money.

So, Bank of America, on the heels of yet another lawsuit against them where they lost 76.6 million dollars in over charging overdraft fees, has charged my deceased fathers account 12 dollars each month over the last 3 months. This is in spite of attempting to close the account after fraud after his death, and the presentation of his death certificate. Does this bank really need the extra 12 bucks that it is attempting to get from a deceased person? Apparently so. Not impressed with them. I'll stick to my credit union!

When I came to Yelp to review this mess of a branch. I wasn't ready for how bad the reviews already are. Avoid at all costs coming to this Bank of America. It's run by the worst group of women you'll ever meet. The little lady that was the supervisor had the worst personality. She should not be doing that job. As she's inept and can't do it!!. Maybe it's best to avoid Bank of Americas altogether people. I know I will. If these are the kind of people they hire it's as bad news. Zero customer service skills and inability to do their things properly. My accounts been messed up for years but they've always figured it out. today just like a small child wanting to get her way the supposed supervisor kicked me out a Bank of America. I wanted to show her that she was wrong and I have proof. She been pouted like a small child and turned her back on me. Seriously this place is the worst!! When I heard that this woman was the supervisor I laughed so hard in my head. I think I gave myself a headache. Like others have said I will be closing all accounts tomorrow. Would have done it today but pouty McGee kicked me out. Worst bank ever.

I would like to give the zero point if I could. I would like to open the another checking account for my business and close the current checking account. It took like 10 minutes until the SME specialist will understand our need. She is using the loud voice and not being polite at all. So it is more like the argument rather than the business conversation.I decide to go to other branch and I will not come back. I used to deal with two ladies and they moved to other branches already.

A rare find! Terrible service overall...BUT, best service ever by Ms. Elyacy! This is for her calm and listening demeanor and her ability to relate to and to support my ongoing issues of fraud, terrible customer service in multiple branches and on the phone, and poor response by BofA overall. She may be a BofA employee, but she is extremely understanding and helpful. My only concern is that a positive rating here will affect her negatively, as she is customer positive, which is definitely not a BofA trait. She should be training in-branch and telephone staff, most all of whom read from scripts, have no idea how to resolve an issue they're unfamiliar with, and, simply, likely have a quota to meet not based on customer service or issue resolution. One quality employee of 15-20 on the phone, in branch, and regional market rep...glad to be gone from BofA. Thank you, Ms. Elyacy!... to you and your family!

Worse customer service ever. I went into this Bof A branch to do an emergency wire transfer and was told they don't accept walkin you must make an appt. they did not have any appts available and suggested another branch, however 2 of the other branches I previously used are now closed. I am a retiree with over 25 years with Bank of America and extremely disappointed that they treat their customers this way. Time to change banks

Lack of tellers this bank is horrible iv bEen I. Line for over 20 min and still waiting. I'm so irritated this there horrible costumer service anyone think of coming in the bank re think it twice a five min stop will turn into a 30 min wAit !!!

Ok so has it ever been that a bank holds your daughters work check for only 456.00 dollars? So makes its a third party check whichh i understood is more difficult to verify but how is it that the first work check of 600.00 was available the next bussiness day but the second one for less was os now taken 4 days now it is a weekend so that couple xtra days i get too but its like cmon bank of america its not a fony check its stampped clearly from a five guys coperation and is legit names match and its not fraud. Like you guys act like people dont need rent paid bills paid on time and foos on the table. We have children and its thangsgiving this week are you guua really telling me my kids myaelf and little puppy renoldo arent gona have a thankginving feast again . we have had rotten luck that moms lost her job due to sexual harrassment and got awat scott free onky because cant afford a gud lawyer but now the last her hard earnwd momey is just gonna sit in a bank not in her childrens belly and her own ????!!!! How cruel are you people ?? No humanity or compassion towards towards the hard wworkimg monther of three only wanted ti the vest fir her kids.. U guys. REALLY NEED TO LOOK AROUND AND THINK MORE NOT WHAT U CAN DI FIR ME BUT WHAT I CAN SI FOR YU!!!!! ITS A TIME TI BE GREATFUL AND THANKFUL. Literally the worst bank experience I've ever experienced in my life. These people act like everyone has all day to wait at a bank when in fact we have other things to do. "It's whatever." Is a response from a teller. Completely disgusting customer service.
