I want to thank everyone at AW Collision for getting my Mercedes fixed. They did an amazing job, and shoutout to Joel for being the main guy and maintaining great communication between all parties. It took 2.5 months from when I got hit to when it got fixed because the people who hit me were being unresponsive and very slow with their claims. Joel was super patient and understanding the whole time, and overall my car looks amazing!

Very disappointed with this place. I took my car there after an auto accident for repairs it took 3 months and over $3K in rental car fees to get my car tires repaired. Only 2 wheels repaired took 3 months! Very hard to get in contact with employees there who were sometimes in the office and sometimes not and never fully filled in each other on what was going on. i picked up my car it is missing my Mercedes emblems from the rims and the guy dealing with my file was not even in office to hand my car over to me after 3 months! Very very disappointment in the repair itself very sloppy job and customer service.

I can't thank everyone at AW Collision. Car was in for major work. I came in multiple times to pickup personal belongings and every time someone would immediately greet me. When I finally got my car, the car was super clean and in better shape than I ever had it. Thank you again to everyone at AW. Definitely recommended them to anyone!

Repairs were done at AW COALITIONS but started having same problems 2 weeks after that, I had a family emergency had to fly out of the country came back and ASKED THEM TO SOLVE THE ISSUE BUT I WAS IGNORED. Long story short they didn't do the repairs right and now because of that I'm stuck with 3 tires are completely worn off from one side and Toyota is warning a safety issue they have to be replaced which is going to cost me almost $1100 out of my pocket.....!!!!!!! I would never recommend they ll take ur money rip u off and then they will say we did nothing wrong!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET LIKE ME REST OF UR LIFE!!!!!

Five star. They do a fantastic job . They go to bat for you when dealing with insurance, well organized, polite, beautiful paint work. Rich has done a great job assembling an jam up team. This is not a body shop, it is the body shop. Don't settle for less.

Joel was so professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable as he assessed the damage to our Mazda car. He took photos, discussed the extent of the damage and walked through the process for repairing the damage before providing the written estimate, which was quite reasonable based on our research. As promised the repairs took 3 days and we were amazed to see that the paint was an exact match and our car looked brand new! We wholeheartedly recommend this business and will be repeat customers should the need arise in the future.

Kind and quick service, they were able to get me in for an estimate almost immediately. I didn't end up having service done with them but 5 stars for speed of estimate and customer service.

I got rear-ended on the freeway (fun!) and made the decision to have AW Collision take care of the repairs on my brand-new car. I'm really glad I did because I had a great experience (considering it's crappy to deal with someone else's insurance + repairs in a situation like this) and Rich really made things as painless as possible. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, and took care of everything. They did a great job on repairs/paint and I'd highly recommend the shop.

I'm back again, it's been 6 months since my last visit. Once again not my fault :( someone hit my car while it was parked and didn't even leave a note. Joel went above and beyond to take care of us. And the car looks beautiful, good as new. Love their work!!!

AW Collision was great after my car was hit by another car and I needed to go through the people who hit my car's insurance. Rich was very responsive and helped me navigate the whole process including when the other insurer did not want to fix the car to MB recommended standards for safety and parts. They always tried to make the process easy and I felt supported through out. They were great to work with and I'm grateful for their help!

Had two small repairs done, but each took more than a month for them to do, and each time, I had the repairs done, new damage appeared imo, see pics, that was not there before we took the car in. Did not return phone calls or emails with those pics attached multiple times. Rental costs increased exponentially due to taking longer than a month to do small repairs imo, that any pro body shop could do in a couple of days. Was referred by Porsche, walnut creek, and many other people had similar issues, and were referred by their dealerships. I wonder if the dealers are getting kick backs?

Highly recommended. Matt helped me with my Porsche and was knowledgeable and professional, both in terms of the model/color, and what was necessary for my paint issues. Other office employees were also very helpful and friendly.I'll recommend this shop to friends. Thanks!

Just wanted to start off this review saying I personally don't like dealing with insurance claims & just had bad experiences with past body shops that have "fixed" my car. It's always been other body shops taking shortcuts & just stressful while having to go back and forth with insurance. My car unfortunately was vandalized through an old coworker & 2 of the past old bodyshops that have worked on my vehicle did end up taking those shortcuts on my car which Rich pointed out from just the inspection/estimate. Rich had inspected my vehicle prior to working on it, and let me say this guy had pointed out all the issues from the get go & requested all documents/photos of the past body shops that have worked on my vehicle. Usually from my experiences, I had to go out of my own way to get everything done to my vehicle through my insurance, but Rich went above and beyond to make my repair for my car as smooth as possible. I didn't ask him to do anything besides to get an estimate, but, like I said Rich provided 5 star excellent service throughout the whole time of getting my car fully redone. Rich just gave me clear & concise information on how the automotive repair industry can be when they don't do the right thing. High quality people & service is here at AW Collision, I'm still astonished on how easy & worry free this has been as my experiences have been shitty at other body shops. All the questions, concerns, problems I had with my vehicle, boom Rich had all the information right from the get go, no bullshit no games, just straight to the point & this what needs to get done to have your car back to the way it was. AW Collision treats you as you're part of their family and always willing to help you at a moment notice, it's really hard to find that now a days. I will always be thankful to have Rich & his team being able to work on my vehicle from now on, I will be recommending anyone that needs any work done or repairs to AW Collision as it's just been the best experience that I've had hands down. Words can not describe how grateful & thankful I am for Rich & his team at AW Collision, an unforgettable experience and has earned my trust & business for any vehicle of mine. Please go out of your own way and time, as I highly recommend to get your vehicle repaired here at AW Collision & they will honestly make it an life changing experience P.S. Rich has a killer beard too, not that matters, but when you see a good beard you just have to mention it.
