Decent car wash establishment. Having a service plan saves a lot of money. Overall I recommend.

IT’S OKAY….
You can get away with just their basic plan (super). I went for the top-tier plan, and I think that’s where I went wrong. My car is cleaner than when I brought it in, but paying almost $70, you kind of expect more attention to detail. For example, I never received any of the services listed in their ultimate plan:
• Fresh Scent (Fragrance)
• Rust Guard
• Ceramic Duraguard
• Exterior Trim Dressing (I wish they actually did it)
• Cracks and Crevices
• Brake Dust Removal
• Tar Removal
To their defense, they do have to keep the cars moving, so they have to rush a little, but still… Oh, and probably the worst part is that you have no idea what the announcer is saying. You just wait and look to see if your car is ready while they are announcing which cars are done. So yeah, it’s okay, but go for the basic plan.

The staff was nice and willing to serve. I checked out the reviews while I was waiting and noticed a lot of similar complaints. When they announced my car was ready, I inspected it and noticed the same issues if streaking windows and door panels hard water marks from evaporated solution and water streaks at the mirrors and several other panels The interior had not been vacuumed to a satisfactory level, and the rims had only lightly been touch where I could easily wipe a streak of dirt with my figure letting me know this area had not been touched. I walked inside to mention this to the supervisor, and they sent out a crew member to touch up. After she said they were finished, I asked her if they were done, and they said yes, they were done. I spoke to the supervisor again and asked them to come take a look, and without looking, they offered to wash it again, and so I agreed. On the second round, the glass and rims were thoroughly clean, but there were even more streaks on the body panel than after the first round. I hope this review makes it to the supervisor and upper management. I think it is the rags and solution and perhaps cleaning method that is not working. The staff seemed eager, but they just kept wiping the grease around in my opinion this is slightly better than a gas station drive through wash but 4 times the price

I have membership with them for complete car when I take my car to them they only wash outside if you don’t double check they always leave inside they don’t vacuum the inside at all

I just left the car wash and right off the bat I can tell they’re just rushing and not really cleaning anything. Too many missed spots and services. You’re better off going to a detailer. Yeah it’ll cost more but so much more worth it

They employees took money from my console in my car. The first time I went I thought that I made a mistake as i was missing money.... I went back 3 weeks later, left $20 in my glove box and it was missing when I left. No need to complain. I hope the $30 was worth it.

I just had my truck supposedly washed and waxed.There are drip marks all over, bird poop on the hood and the paint is duller than when I brought it in.I told the guy and tried to direct me to someone to sell me another wash.
If they would of put effort into the 1st maybe , but honestly their work was very substandard to have me as a return customer.

For the third time paying for the Works wash plus the additional interior dressing and they did a piss poor job. They did not vacuum under the floor mats, the windows are not cleaned, and have streaks all over them. I would not recommend having them do anyone but a basic wash and even that is over priced. I didn’t pay $90 to have them simply do a less than acceptable job on cleaning the car. It’s not like I paid for a deep detailing or a carpet cleaning. Be wary of this car wash they cut all the corners and do not to a quality job.

The employees here are hard working and conscientious for the most part. I always take a walk around my car when they say it's ready and if I find something they overlooked I point it out and they happily fix it. Also we have a subscription $40 a month so we take our car every week. Can't find any cheaper!

They did an ok job! I only had my car washed there due the birds having a poop frenzy on my car! After it was washed there still was residue of poop smeared on the roof and the little smudge of dirt on the interior door trim from the employee(s) exiting in and out of the vehicle. I only had the basic car wash with tire dressing but I believe those tiny details can make a difference in customer experience.
