THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I never write reviews but the experience I had today has me here this dealer is clearly understaffed making employees lash out on customers because they have no help. Especially form the higher ups in the dealer. Nobody here cares about the customer they just want money. They don’t care about your time or the inconvenience you went through to make it there they clearly don’t care at all. Just avoid this dealer at all costs I’d rather drive to Oakland or Dublin to get a better Nissan experience. I will never step foot in this dealer again.

Was a bit slow on my last oil change and tire rotation but the service manager was very accommodating and apologetic.

I originally went here because I got a 2008 Nissan Altima and I wanted to have it checked over while I was getting the transmission fluid replaced Shawn gave me an estimate with no pressure for other recommended work and they did a terrific job on changing the transmission fluid and flush and we're very fair on the price I decided to go with them for more work because of their honest and fair practice I ended up also getting my valve gasket replaced battery and my radiator fluid and engine mount. Also my spark plugs had oil in on them and a new valve cover cause the old one was bad because they were already replacing the valve gasket he just charged me for parts on the spark plugs and valve cover. Overall I would rate this place at 10 out of 10. Very honest and professional Shawn is an amazing service advisor and I would highly recommend anyone getting services done on their vehicle with no pressure to go to him now the car is running great and even though I need my struts replaced and something else, at least for now I'm safe and the vehicle will keep running great. Mind you, this vehicle has 213,000 mi and feels like it runs great I can now add another 100,000 mi with confidence and I'm going to continue getting all of my service done here. Thank you again, Shawn ??

I had a wonderful experience with Concord Nissan! My car was stolen and I was looking to buy a new car. Josh reached out to me, and asked me what my price range was and what cars I was interested in. I felt so supported and that they made sure I for the best possible deal on my car I bought. I am a single female, so I was very nervous about going to the dealership by myself and getting swindled. I am so grateful that the staff from Nissan just wanted to help me get the best possible deal and make things as easy as possible for me. I absolutely love my car and when/if I need another car I’ll be coming back to Nissan!

My wife and I went to Concord Nissan a few days ago were on the market for a new suv and Zach help us out great costumer service. The vehicle that we were looking for was not in stock at the time but Zack made us aware that more where coming this weekend that he would call. We purchase a vehicle at another dealership that had the vehicle we were looking for.
Again I would like to thank Zack for taking the time to locate a vehicle on a very hot day and following up as promised.

From the minute I walked in, Serviceman Shawn welcomed me with a smile. I advised him of the issue. He reviewed & repeated everything perfectly. I did get an oil change & my tires rotated. Your driver drove me to work. Shawn called me & confirmed the issue & said they would need to order parts & it would take 1-3 days on Friday & parts were here on Monday. Did I say the driver picked me up from work back to the dealership. I returned on Tuesday so they can fix it. Sent me off we a rental car. Exactly like my car so it was easy to drive. The next day Shawn called me to say it was ready & that they washed my car again. I paid for the oil change & everything else was under warranty. Loved it & I would highly recommend Concord Nissan. Impeccable service from start to finish. High 5 Concord Nissan & Shawn. Another happy customer!!!
