The worst customer service experience ever! I came in on 6/14 for new SIM card. The guy was on his phone surfing internet instead of trying to help me. He said he can't help me because he doesn't know anything about logging in. Totally useless. He should be fired immediately. He's not helping customers whatsoever and is rude. I was the only person in that store! He could have given me new SIM card and activated it. Instead he sent me to another store. WTH????

This is a small location. Only two representatives so there was a wait but no acknowledgement of any other customers while working. How about a hi welcome in we have a 5 or 2 hour wait etc etc. all I got was crickets.

All the bad reviews were years ago and old staff. This store is the place to go now. Antonio is the man, he's helped me upgrade to a new IPhone and also add a new line to my plan. Service was great, was there for 30-45mins and out the door. His attitude is great and will multitask to help out any other customer in the door. He's knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Ask for Antonio! 10/10

As a former AT&T / SBC / Pac Bell employee I'm sad to see what has happened to Ma Bell.... a while ago I came to this store to check out new Iphones and try to get a new plan as I was running up my bill... the store manager and another employee reviewed my account and said I had accumulated so many credits or loyalty points as a retiree I qualify for a free tablet or Apple Watch. I didn't really need it but chose the tablet. I'm now being monthly installment billing for it :-( I go back to the same store - find all the previous employees have been replaced and nothing they will do - can't return it. Sad as to previous employee behavior and sad for not accepting responsibility for previous "slam" ..... and how often to they do this to other customers - not just former employees?? :-(

Go to any other AT&T store just not this one. Rude! Inefficient! I had a screen saver put on my phone, which I had bought at another AT&T store. I also bought an Otter case. He put the screensaver on and left bubbles and then basically told me to beat it. Any other store but this one.

Went in yesterday hoping to get access to my elderly mother's cell phone to check her balance, and find out why the phone "wasn't working." Eddie had the patience of three saints! Got me set up with a new pin (Mom had never used/remembered it), and online access, and paid up for three months, and discovered that Mom hadn't been able to hear the phone because she had the volume turned all the way down. Also checked the battery, which is fine. I've been making her payments for her for years; now it'll be SO much simpler to manage. Luckily the store wasn't very busy. Eddie graciously took all the time it took to get things back up and running again. GREAT service!!!!

Just an update to support how LOUSY these guys do business. I was PROMISED a phone for $1 a month, but am being charged $46.50 a month FOR 30 MONTHS! I've given you guys so many chances to make things right, but you NEVER DID. YOU PROMISED you would credit my account a measly $100 on 7/17, but 611 corporate CONFIRMS NO EVIDENCE OF THIS! How is this ethical? Wouldn't you be UPSET to be told youre paying $30 for a phone, but find out you ACTUALLY PAYING $1380. EVEN WORSE I found out you were charging me for 2 months for a phone that I NEVER RECEIVED while it sat in your office collecting dust for over 2 months. Now you want me to call you guys AGAIN to make things right after a handful of visits to your store, speaking with 611 for hours, going back on forth. You NEVER HELPED ME! YOU SCAMMED ME!!

This started back in November of 2019. My wife had an account with AT&T Wireless. She had 4 phones on the account (for our children and herself). She passed away unexpectedly but I continued to pay the bill in order to not interrupt our kid's service. AT&T was able to accept my money, no problem. BUT... When I tried to transfer the account to my name, the fun began. After several frustrating calls to AT&T, they told me I had to go to the AT&T store with a death certificate and account information. I went to the local AT&T store where I waited in line for about 45 minutes while the two customer service reps discussed their workout schedules. The lady in line in front of me warned me of the slow service. When she finally made it to one of the reps, they started talking with each other again, virtually ignoring her. She turned around and looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I finally got to talk to one of them, they told me I was at the wrong store for this transaction. I explained the CSR on the phone told me to go to the AT&T store. BUT... turns out, should have been the 'corporate' AT&T store. BUT... The rep said he could still help me. I was relieved and I thanked him. Then he said, 'Yeah, I can tell you were the nearest Corporate Store is.' If there were a Yelp entry for AT&T as a company, I would give them (less than) 1 star as well.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. (But I have to list something, so it's technically a 1 Star.) WITH 5 BIG WHOPPERS. How do I list these LIES? 1) I was told this was a corporate store by the owner, Mike. This is FALSE. It is a franchise. NOT CORPORATE. We have complained to corporate and there is now an internal investigation going on. LIE!!! 2) I very specifically told Mike the owner that I wanted the Internet only and over the phone corporate said they could do it for $59. Mike then tells me he can get me a "better deal" and do it for $39. (With an extra $10 for equipment. No more than $49 per month with everything) I sign up expecting that to be the case. Get my bill. It comes through as $59. I speak to multiple people at corporate over the phone who only offer unhelpful "I hear you's," "apologies," and "understandings". To the district manager, local corporate, or national level manager reading this, I want what I paid for exactly. To be very clear, Mike even approved it over the phone when I came back into his store the next day with Derek, the sales associate. To sum up, that's $10/month difference x 12 months = $120 LIE!!! 3) Mike also explicitly promised he could get me with an Internet Only deal with HBO Max FOR FREE FOR A YEAR. Mike confirmed and verified this to be the case 2-3 times. When I read my bill, HBO Max FOR ONE YEAR FREE was NOT ON THERE. When I complained to corporate, more apologies, excuses, and not taking responsibility. Looking at the bill, HBO MAX for FREE for the first 30 Days. That's $15/month difference x 11 months = $165 LIE!!! 4) I was promised by the store that the installer would actually set up HBO MAX FOR FREE for ONE YEAR when he was in the home. The installer to his credit was super nice, but told us that he didn't need to install it for us and it was easy to do ourselves. When we tried, there was NOT a ONE YEAR FOR FREE OPTION! LIE!!! 5) When my wife and I went into the store, to be fair, Derek and Andrew looked us up. It was entered as we stated. They confirmed the initial terms Mike initially set forth of $39+HBO MAX FOR ONE YEAR FREE were correct. They then promised my wife and I that this would be RESOLVED that we would get what they had agreed to within 2 DAYS. They DID NOT. LIE!!! Instead, we had to chase them down and finally, Andrew got back to us was an "OOPS! We made a mistake. I'm just the messenger." $100+$165=$265 MISTAKE! Which no one has taken responsibility for. And simply given us what we were promised. And what we agreed to. At this point, we'll be reporting this as a case of CONSUMER FRAUD. This is some of the shadiest, sketchiest business dealings I've ever experienced. This store should not be representative of AT&T. As a multi-gazillion dollar corporation, I expect them to take full responsibility and CORRECT the mistake. Still waiting on that. Do not give this store your business. I should also add when I went into the store to dispute the bill the first time, Mike LIED to me, said he never saw me and blamed it on his partner. I said, what's your name? He said, "Mike." Hey Mike, you're going to be out of business tomorrow if you keep this up! And to be honest, the amount of headache, hassle, stress, and fighting this has caused me during a pandemic where there's enough of that going on?! Not cool. But you know how you can do this right? Because we are still AT&T customers? Fix this. Save your reputation. AT&T NEEDS TO FIX THIS. I don't mind mistakes. Clean up your mess!!!

Horrible customer service. The employees were needlessly talkative and intrusive asking questions not related to AT&T service. The manager was smart enough to stay quiet mostly while helping me, but the other staff guys were just needlessly talkative about their personal life, gossip and other nonessential matters. Not professional at all. After looking at other reviews I see its not even a "corporate store" so they don't follow any kind of protocols. Worst vibe I've ever felt in a store. Didn't feel trustworthy with giving them my information. All I wanted was to get a SIM card, activate an unlimited data plan and get a new number for an old phone I was brining into use. I don't recommend going here.

Literally had the BEST experience here yesterday. Dakari helped us through the whole process. It took longer than I had anticipated & I felt awful because she had to stay 30/40 minutes past closing in order to finish the backup on our phones.. But throughout the entire process, she was positive, smiling, laughing & joking with us. Some people are just made to work in customer service & she definitely is one of them. Someone give this girl a raise or something because she deserves it!!!

The people that work in this store are useless. I truly don't know why Sprint even has this store. Every time I've been in there for any type of help with my Sprint phones, they are useless and can't help me with anything. Not only that, but they are ignorant and rude to deal with. Not only are the employees in this store useless, but when they told me I had to call Sprint to get my problem resolved, I also still have not gotten my issue resolved after 4 calls to Sprint. I am so frustrated with Sprint. Once they got you in their phone plan, they don't give a crap about you after that. You are on your own to deal with any issues. Terrible company, ready to change service because I'm so frustrated with this company.

RUDE !!! RUDE !!! ATTITUDE !!! employees like DACARI C is the reason sprint gets the bad rep they have, I visited this store in hopes of having a pleasant experience and I experienced the worst customer service ever. I came in to simply cancel a line and upgrade a phone , since I got there Dacari C. had an attitude cause a customer kept calling in , she told us my father was eligible for an upgrade and asked if we didn't mind changing the phone number as the promo required a new line with a new number , I'm not a sprint employee but I have never had to change my number to do an upgrade , she then takes my dad old device and informs me that all I have to do is contact sprint customer care to request the line be canceled , I did that while at the store through the chat option , while on chat with sprint care I was informed my dad old device still had 4 more lease payments left which was not something she informed us of, I let her know what I was informed and she FLIPPED and was like oh yeah , you have to pay the 4 months off , I asked why she didn't inform us of that at the beginning she said : " Well the system doesn't tell me until I'm done" EXCUSE ME WHAT ? then I told her never mind cancel it all we don't want it she then started speaking under her breath but loudly enough that I can hear my family was there and she pretended like we where the problem saying things like " man yall hella boutsiee" what does that even mean ? Mind you there where other people at the store and she was the only one there no backup . Some lady even said " lets leave they are rude here" I was baffled to say the least then she started to harass us saying " well you can put the phone on seasonal standby cause returning the phone is a whole a** long process" trying to force us to keep an additional phone we don't need like as if it where my fault she misinformed us ? I don't know if they let employees curse at the customers at this location but regardless , she began to smack at everything she was doing and kept telling us to keep both phones because of her mistake we either had to pay the phone or a restocking fee for the phone she sold us before telling us the truth , unsettled we left and I contacted sprint care , the issue is still not resolved if you go to this location PLEASE DO NOT SEEK ASSITANCE FROM DACARI C !!!!!

My mother is disabled and flenoid was verbally abusive to her and made her cry. I have already filed a complaint with sprint themselves.
