By far one of the best experiences at any att store and there's one person to thank for it all.Ira HairIf you are buying anything from this location buy from that man!He's got a good heart. I wish him the absolute best for his service he provided. Loyalty and honesty are NOT the same thing but you earn loyalty WiTH honesty.Ira solved my cell issues and worked with me, patient with me for a few hours. This experience far exceeded any prior.We had genuine conversation and instead of simply trying to make a sale he just DID his job! It's a DoG eat DoG world out there and most people will do anything to sell you crap u don't need but he didn't even try that with me. We both understood at that another location the man wanted to make a sale and did me wrong as a customer. ( my words not his ) but I will never go back to the Lafayette location as I know some of the employees now are not genuinely trying to take care of a customer and have them coming back they are trying to get a quick buck. Well they won't get another from me and I will get his name and I will review him later. Good people do not deserve to be played.Do good... good things come! I will spread the good word and I hope this employee has people flocking to him for his service!

I called to check if they have the new iPhone, they say they have it and I’m excited because I need a new phone. I go in, they charge me $80 to pay off my old phone, then tell me I can’t get the phone because It doesn’t appear in their system that I payed off the old phone. Like what!?! This was right after he tried to upsell me their protection plan and the 18 month free upgrade plan. I said, I just want the phone please. He goes into the back for a few minutes, comes back and gives me the news. Im Pretty sure he just doesn’t want to waste time on a customer he can’t upsell at the end of the day. I came in 45 minutes before they closed(plenty of time) and just wanted to walk out with a new phone!! I’m switching to Verizon **** this guy.

AT&T , Corporate Office;;;The customer service men at the Veranda in Concord are the nicest group of men in CS service, however my experience was with Ira on Wednesday, August 30 th 2023.I went into your store because as hard as I tried I could not get through to a reasonable person , I had a simple request of changing my credit card number for my automatic payment with AT&T.I was at home trying for well over an hour, finally in total frustration turned to Ira in your Veranda office hoping he would be able to get through to the proper extension for me and change my card number.Ira started at 4:55pm and ended the call at 5:30 pm.. to my complete surprise I was dumbfounded to hear that your sales men or women do not have a direct line to your company to help customers like myself. This was a disgraceful amount of time lost holding on to the phone call , and a terrible time for me wasted,,I’m old, hard of hearing and generally patient.Would I recommend AT&T to a friend “absolutely NOT”!!!!.Be proud of your employee Ira he is an amazing lovely young man, he has so much patience, and shows real interest in helping , he tried using his cell phone and work phone to help me.He finally got through and had my credit card number changed ,You “need” to give your employees access to a direct line so they can help your AT&T customersM Bartlett

So made an appointment to get a new phone. Was immediately greeted and we began the process until I had to authorize/change a few things with my account on my own so the employee assisting me could help another customer in the meantime, that was fine, whatever. But once he returned I felt like I was only getting a fraction of his attention as he left mid-conversation to answer the phone and then prioritize that interaction (checking stock) instead of dealing face-to-face with a customer who actually made an appointment and bothered to enter the insane shopping center that is the Veranda. I decided to finally just leave after he was walking away while half answering me to once again answer the phone. Have they heard of putting people on hold?

We were in there a while ago... DONT get help from Alex. I don't think he really knows what he's doing, and he was speaking to himself as he was helping my wife and I. Alot of walking back and forth to his manager. He seems a little off. We wish we could have been assisted by another agent they all seemed happy and helpful. The Manager was checking in with all her sales agents and helping customers as well.

Had the best customer experience at this AT&T location at the Veranda. The store manager, Valery helped us upgrade our iPhones. She was professional, helpful, and friendly, and made our overall phone upgrade experience enjoyable. She was awesome!

Ira was awesome. He helped me select the right i pad for my son. Great customer service!Update: I was tricked into buying a iPad with a line when I specified that I wanted the iPad for internet only. Ended up over spending and had to disconnect the line!

Terrible service. Stay AWAY from Alex, he’s missing a couple brain cells. Really slow and weird guy. Overall creepy, weird vibes. Went in for an upgrade, ended up not getting anything cause they wanted to raise my bill 30 dollars even after he told me a lower price. Ended up paying $50 “ restocking fee” after he wasted my time.

Employees need to be trained better. First come, first serve is customer service. You tell me to sit down, you'll be with me in a sec. Then you go help the person that came in after me. Horrible service.

Amazing Experience!I walked in to get help with all my devices and transferring information and to get my daughters new phone activated. The manger Valery got up as soon as I walked in and approached me to help. She walked me to a table with a such a smile and positive attitude. She was so patient with my questions and transferring everything and explaining how the phones work. She made sure I was taking care of 100%.I highly recommend VALERY to anyone who comes in. She runs her business very well. They help each other out amongst all of the team. You can feel the positivity in the air. Best manager!

Amazing customer service from the store manager Valery! I had gone in very upset with a HIGH BILL from international charges and she was very helpful with getting them removed. She was very attentive and took care of absolutely everything for me. If you have any issues ask for Valery.
