Clean, variety of products depends on vendors, sometimes not the best quality. Owner should retain the best people of his/her staff and educate sales persons telephone etiquet.

The Arbat Russian Grocery Store is a very helpful and most satisfying tiny grocery shop in Concord without a doubt!They’ve got decent selection of fresh Eastern European products of great quality. It’s one of my favorite Slavic grocery store in that city.The layout of the store is easy to navigate, and I never have trouble finding what I need.I’ll definitely will be heading back there again and highly recommend this store.

Went to the shop a few weeks ago and purchased a few items. The guy didn't give me the receipt showing all the items. I went back asking him to double check the price after finding what they charged was too high. He told me he double-charged one item. Not sure if he did this consciously or unconsciously although he apologized for what he did. The reason I am suspicious if he did it consciously was because he didn't give me the receipt.

Friendly staff, delicious sausages/salami, great gummy candy, cheap delicious pelmeni, tried the veal and now I've got the sibirski(?) pork and beef, and they have kvas soft drink which is I think a 1% alcoholic beverage, think beer soda but more beer than soda. I cannot recommend this store enough.
