Cashier Elaine was really rude I was waiting in line like everyone else and she took other people who she knew before me and my husband we were in line before them and when I told her that we were waiting before they were, she’s said I like a really nasty remark and then when I left, I told her that she had really bad customer service. She replied with a really nasty remark back I really, don’t think I will ever shop at ampm again I don’t know if managers train their employees right but I hope corporate does something for this cashier to treat clients and customers, right

Seriously THE BEST AMPM!!! I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years and even though the staff changes, the service does not! Fabulous service every single time! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Pam today and she informed me of the rewarding app surprises so I downloaded it immediately and was able to get more than what I was looking for! Even got me a free cookie and all! Pam deserves a raise for her effort in advertising the app and also making customers aware of the benefits. I’ll be back to see Pam! She’s awesome.

Tae gave customer service as one should even in my craziest situation of stopping for gas. Very polite and made my day better just with a simple smile. I’m grateful for customer service when it’s needed most. Bathrooms super clean too.

Totally unprepared.How do you not have change for a $100? The employee gave me an attitude about it too. As if I was out of line ?.I bet Chevron down the street has change.I don't have time for corporate or/ crm bs.This is the standard at this location. Employees here usually have a terrible demeanor. There's a very sweet lady there at night sometimes other than that..?.Thugs outside and theft are also the norm.We hardworking people MUST PAY, yet criminals are allowed to walk out with no repercussions.
