Americas tire off Monument blvd in Concord gave me the best service I have had from any tire shop. Extremely respectful workers that guided me when it came to purchasing/planning my tire maintenance. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking or curious about purchasing tires. They also offer the best price for any tire due to their great price matching system. Will always be a customer at this shop!

Update 8/13/24: I scheduled an online appointment for a Monday morning. I had the tires shipped there the previous week and left my car in the parking lot the previous night. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45am and my car was ready at 8:18am! The only slightly disappointing issue I had was waiting about 10 minutes to pick my car up, but most of that was due to a disgruntled customer who would not accept the fact that not all flat repairs are fixable, and that America's Tire will ALWAYS have the customer's best interest (and safety!) at hand.
Had an appointment for 8am on a Saturday and was not disappointed. Paul took great care of me and made sure everything was ready for a straight change out of my four tires. One of my TPMS sensors has been out for a year(!), and they made sure to replace it and reset the rest as well.
Truly appreciative of the great service and willingness to work with my requests.
Oh and they had my car done in less than 30 minutes!!

First visit; customer for life. They helped when another tire shop wouldn’t because tires were 6 y.o. & DOT wouldn’t allow it. DOT recommends tires be replaced in 6 yr - it’s not mandated.

We arrived early before opening as instructed and have a 24 foot motorhome that needed 6 new tires. They had us park in a spot and jumped right on it. Two young men did a great job on it. The manager also supervised, heavy class c needed to jack it up properly. We were very happy with the work and the price matching they did for us.

Awesome service. I had a quote from another place that said it would take all day and they were extremely rude.
This place did amazing took exactly 43 minutes to do all four tires exactly what I was looking for . Meanwhile got Sundays at Costco while waiting.
Great service. Will be using them again.

I’m a loyal American Tire Customer as they have great service and warranty that dealers can’t match. This is by far my new favorite location, I’m in Oakland but worth the drive. James provided exceptional customer service today. They also replaced my rear wiper for $13.17 including labour. Highly recommend American Tire and this location is great! They also have a great area to work from?

I had an exceptional experience at America's Tire on Monument Blvd in Concord, CA. I arrived at the store before my scheduled appointment, and Derrick greeted me warmly and assisted me with the check-in process. They were able to accommodate me earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
The staff at America's Tire went above and beyond to fix and rebalance my tire, and they did it without charging me a dime. The store and restroom were immaculately clean, which added to the overall positive experience. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend America's Tire at Monument Blvd in Concord, CA. Their outstanding service, accommodating nature, and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.
