Did an excellent job replacing my windshield. Car was new when a rock cracked windshield. Can't tell it's a replacement. Wipers still work perfectly, mirror mounted with a trim around it. Very good workWould highly recommend obviously.Thx Auto Glass Now.

I am a year late posting this but the memory of my car being broken into just came up on Facebook and reminded me that I never posted this review. The people at All Star Glass were awesome! I had no idea I would be facing weeks and possibly months to get Toyota replacement glass. The lady at All Star glass was able to order me comparable glass with the same tint and everything was fixed within a week. They ordered the glass, had it express shipped and had me in to repair the same day it arrived . They also invited me to come in on the day the break in happened and vacuumed up the glass and did a great job of wrapping the window. The wrap lasted all week during rain storms and my car never got wet. A year later the window looks great and works great, and the tint is perfect match! I would highly recommend All Star glass.

I was referred here by WC Ford and found them to be very customer focused, honest, and experienced. This was a multi generational family business recently acquired by Glass Now so they were enjoying the transition to the new corporate software. They didn’t have my windshield in stock so I had a few day’s wait. There is a great coffee shop a ten minute walk away where you can comfortably relax for your 2 hour wait: Gratitude Coffee. Bring your iPad.

Just had windshield replaced by All Star Glass on my Lincoln MKT .They were recommended by Lincoln service in Concord.I also checked “well known & advertised “ company .Did not get good vibes ,they quoted me $200 more .I requested original Lincoln windshield and All Star Glass delivered as promised.Their mobile installer Junior ,showed up at promised time frame He was very professional and efficient.Nothing but best experienceHighly recommend. This was All Star Glass shop in Concord .Office manager Laura was great ,helping me coordinate process w my insurance

My front windshield was cracked and needed replacement. My insurance company referred me to All Star Glass in Concord. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. The wait time was about 1-1/2 hours, which went by quickly. Laura was so friendly, and made my visit very comfortable. I am very pleased with my new windshield and the service provided by All Star Glass.

Overpriced. They don't have anyone at tge cou ter so they twll you to call some number for an estimate, which is 20% higher than the other guy. Then you get scare story about how your bluetooth won't work unless you pay for their expensive glass -- which is probably the same as everyone elses since they don't make the glass.

Nobody had our window in stock. Most had a 3-4day wait and were priced ridiculously. Then I called All Star Glass. They had my window in stock. Could be to me with in an hour,and the price was over 50% lower then the lowest of the other 3.Will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

My window was broken out in a theft last week. My insurance company set me up with "the other guys" who showed up a week after the break-in with the wrong glass. They told me I would have to wait another week to get the right glass installed. We have already had rain and more is coming. I called All Star Glass the same day "the other guys" told me it would be another week. All Star was able to make me an appointment for this morning. Virginia was a joy to work with on the phone. She was so kind and happy she could help me out. Tom called me 15 minutes before arrival letting me know he was on his way. He was on time, super nice, and did the work quickly. I will be using All Star Glass for ALL my glass needs in the future! I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you All Star Glass San Diego!!!!!!

Great place to go get glass work done on your car. Great people who work there, very helpful. Was done a lot soon than they told me. They are fast and good.i would go back to them again.
