They have (or can get) almost anything you wish. Customer Service after the sale (i.e. parts missing) is a bit lacking and troublesome. Lots of excuses, not much action.

Long time customer and I am very disappointed in the extended warranty service Airport Home Appliance offers its customers. BE AWARE! Epic Protect extended warranty will do anything to drop your claim and refuse to help with legitimate appliance issues. Airport Home Appliance wants nothing to do with issues after you purchase your appliance. The customer service I thought I paid extra for is a joke and now we are stuck having to purchase a new washer. We will not be back for any more purchases. Disappointing experience for such a simple follow up customer service issue.

We have been using Airport Home Appliance for several years now, and as expected, always an emergency. Our first encounter was shortly after the covid lockdown, when no one was open and our refrigerator went out. We were able to buy and have one delivered all contact-free when no other group would help. The next was on Christmas Eve, our garage freezer went out, and again, Airport stepped up, had a new one to us in 2 days. This time our dishwasher died, and we returned to our favorite helpful group! We had done basic research so we came in prepared, but were pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly Apaulo was during our visit. He gave us history, comparison details and recommendations. We are once again, very satisfied both with the pricing and especially the service. Airport is our go-to for appliances!

I recently got a new refrigerator which was the replacement of the one I purchased 3 years ago which was malfunctioning. Good thing that I had 3 years warranty which granted me the new replacement. When I went to pick a new fridge, I stressed the fact the size(hight) is very crucial since the old fridge fitted very tight. I was assured that all of the fridge are the same size and the one I picked will fit no problem. I took his word and trusted him. When the new fridge got delivered, it was slightly higher than the old one and didn’t quite fit. I contacted the manager at Concord store, he did not acknowledge the ill fitting and offered replacement with $250 restocking charge which was unacceptable. Needless to say I am very upset that they didn’t take any responsibility of their misinformation. Well, that is it. I will never go back to Airport Appliance for future purchase.

Ken Usedom is a very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced appliance salesman. Bosch has several different model dishwashers and he helped me decide which one to get. It was a good price too.

Since2014, I’ve bought two refrigerators, a washer and dryer and a range here. Their service is fantastic and their prices are competitive. Ordering via the web and phone are quick and simple to do. Delivery and setup was a breeze and done fast, with good communication from the people doing the delivery. There’s really not anything more I could ask for.

Good selection of appliances. Both high end and mid range. Helpful knowledgeable staff on all things refrigerator/freezer. The staff was friendly and there was no pressure.Nice big open store. Clean .

This morning my freezer, that is full of food, just died. I called the 800 number at 9:10am and got customer service. The agent told me someone would call me back within an hour. It was just 10 minutes later than their sales rep Hamid Habibzada called me back. I explained my problem and he quickly understood I needed a new freezer today. He quickly found an equivalent sized freezer for me and scheduled an afternoon delivery. I received my new freezer at 2:30 pm. I have not seen service like this years!!! Thank you!
