First thing first, I just wannna say thank you to AR for helping me with my car purchasing experience. As soon i turn park and got out the car he came walking up and said how can I help you told him what I was looking for and 10-15 min later we were test driving the car, he answered all my questions and made my buying experience easy and fast. He even gave me pizza for waiting, also the finance guy I forgot his name (so sorry) help me answer even more of my questions and was super nice. This is probably my last Acura I will be purchasing for now but if I ever do decide I will definitely come back to this branch! I’m from San Francisco and it’s worth the drive! Thank you AR and the team!

I recently purchased a new Acura RDX. from Acura of Concord; it was my second purchase of an RDX from this dealership. My sales associate for this purchase was Becca Martinez and she was wonderful. Becca was personable, easy going (no high pressure sale) and it was apparent Becca knew the car business. I was picky about the RDX I wanted and while Concord did not have that car, Becca quickly located the exact RDX I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. Becca took care of everything, including working with the Service Department to have all the extras installed. The sale and the delivery of my car was seamless, and Becca was knowledgable and thorough in her explanation of all the RDX's features. If you're looking to buy an Acura, I highly recommend you seek out Becca. In addition, the Finance Manager, Luis was a pleasure to work with as was Keith and David in service. Thank you Becca and all of Concord Acura for your exceptional and caring service.

I drove over an hour to Acura of Concord. My salesman "G" was in contact throughout the process. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.The typical car buying experience was most certainly softened by his help. Each time an unfortunate situation occurred; G was there to assist.The dealership on the other hand, did leave a bit to be desired.I've waited a couple of weeks to think about it objectively and the one business practice that I feel the need to share is the policy of not filling up the tank of a newly sold vehicle. Upon learning about this policy, I was extremely disappointed in the decision makers at the dealership.With that said, if you happen to visit this dealership. Hopefully, you willbe lucky enough to get the assistance of "G" or someone with similar traits.Overall, the salesman can make or break a car buying experience.My experience was salvaged by a great salesman.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with professionalism. The whole car buying process couldn't be easier. Becca helped with the whole process and was very thorough with everything I needed to know. I can say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experience for me, as I never felt pressured at all. Becca was very personable and very patient with any questions I had. I would definitely come back to her for any future purchases.

Update- I took my car to Oakland Acura after not being satisfied with my service in Concord. The General Manager said that I would have to pay for my loaner vehicle? Got my new Suv serviced at Oakland Acura, got a loaner, and wasn't charged! Servos was amazing and don't ever go to Concord, I drive all the way to Oakland for GREAT customer service!

Took my car in on a Saturday since my check oil level light was flickering. The service coordinator quickly looked and noted it could use a bit more oil. He offered to top it off & quickly brought back my vehicle. 2 days later engine started to sound off + I was smelling a harsh exhaust. My Dad recommended I take a look to ensure the oil cap was replaced. What do I find.... oil cap sitting upside down on top of where it should have been secured, oil splattered everywhere. Had to flex my workday to accommodate this unexpected trip to the dealership to deal with this issue. Took it in the next morning and they were very apologetic, offered free oil change and inspection. All great! Get a call my vehicle is ready around 10am & head there at lunch to pick it up... only to be told they can't locate my keys. Now they have to order a new key fob & I'm forced to take more time out of my workday to fit this unnecessary work in.This is not the first issue we have had with this service provider but it will definitely be the last given we will not be returning customers.

If i can give 1 star I would. This place is so inconsistent, doesn't follow through, no follow up, misinformation and unprofessional. They ran my credit multiple times and wasted my time l. Had me driving back and fourth smh I purchased the Lexus I wanted and I'm extremely happy. I guess there was a reason why this never worked with this dealership. Thank goodness!!! Never will I ever buy a car here.

I feel that service I recently received on my Acura was sub-optimal and resulted in additional service and expenses at a different Acura dealer a short time later. On 7/14/23 my Acura had routine service as well as timing belt service as recommended at Acura of Concord for a total fee of $2,145.03. The car mileage at that time was ****** miles, and the car is 10 years old. On 8/22/23 while driving in *********** multiple warning lights on the dashboard suddenly came on, and the car began running very rough. We were able to get off the freeway, stop, and get the car towed by AAA to the nearest Acura dealer. The car mileage at that time was ****** miles. Their diagnostic technician discovered that the spark plugs were cracked, rusted, dirty, and broken, appeared to be very old, and had likely never been replaced. A piece of metal from a broken spark plug had fallen inside the fuel injector necessitating that the fuel injector needed cleaning. ** addition, a valve adjustment was recommended. The total fee was $2,223.88, and we had to pay for 2 nights in a hotel room while we were stranded. The service advisor at the Acura dealer in ******************* told ** that they always check the spark plugs and change them, if necessary, when they do work on the timing belt, and this was apparently not done at Acura of Concord. The service manager at Acura of Concord said that they do not routinely check the spark plugs when they work on the timing belt, and they do not routinely check them until the car has been driven ******* miles. ** our opinion the extra expenses and inconvenience would certainly have been prevented if the spark plugs had been checked and replaced during service.

Hi Toby , It took you 11 days to reply back on Yelp . I'm still waiting for a response from the text message that was sent back on July 27 . You're dealership only cares about making a sale & could careless about the customer concerns .Why would you investigate the CPO (Certified Pre owned) before replying back on Yelp ? I can't wait to hear what you say on your next follow up post

Updste - Mike is a great service advisor and i the reason i will continue to go back. The Service Manager needs more training on customer service.Hello folks, I recently bought an 2020 Acura MDX and scheduled my first service appointment. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Depending on your service, Acura would like for you to wait around for an hour to two hours. Not to mention, being rude, don't switch over from other luxury vehicles. I have had several BMWs and Mercedes, but far better service! Don't deal with this dealership!
