I recently purchased a car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was easy, straightforward, and truly accommodating. The salesperson I worked with, Danny Perez and Robert Morales, were exceptional—always available to answer any questions I had, whether it was over the phone, via email, or in person.
What I appreciated most was the no-pressure environment. I was able to test drive several vehicles without feeling rushed or pushed toward a decision. Over the course of multiple visits to the dealership, I felt like I was building a relationship with someone who genuinely cared about finding the right car for me, rather than just making a sale. It felt like I was purchasing a car from a friend who also happened to be an expert in the field.
The dealership made sure I was comfortable and confident with my choice, and the process was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and their team to anyone looking for a new car—you’ll feel like you’re in great hands!

Acura of Concord has always been my trusted dealership and service. A week ago my 2020 Acura RDX was having major issues and I had 4,000 miles till my warranty expired. Jeremy my service advisor went over and beyond from the moment I walked in. Literally the second I turned in my keys he noticed the battery in the remote was low and changed it as he started the paperwork. It ended up being a large job that had to be coordinated with a machine shop, parts and the warranty company who of course challenged things. Jeremy went to bat for me, kept me informed the whole way through and even came to work on his day off because I was picking up my car! Not only does it run great but they had given it a nice wash and it looked better than ever. Thank you all at Acura of Concord you will always have my business.

We just bought our new 2024 used RDX from Acura of Concord. They are wonderful!!! I Love the No Haggle Experience they offer. Dave Imler was our sales person and he was Awesome. He made the experience enjoyable and really knew the vehicle inside and out. I would definitely buy from them again. It was my best experience ever buying a car.

Gagan helped me with a purchase of a used '23 accord. Him and the rest of the staff at Acura of Concord were extremely professional, cordial, and helpful. I had gone that day with the intention of getting some information, but the level of detail and service provided convinced me I was making the right call to buy the car that day

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have never brought my car somewhere and felt so lied to and betrayed. Long story short, they will tell you things are wrong when they aren't, they won't bother to call your correct warranty company so you'll end up paying ALOT of money out of pocket and then finding out everything they did was actually covered and then you'll have to argue with your warranty company after to get reimbursement, they suck at communicating with you, they won't show any remorse when you catch them lying and worst of all general managers don't care when you bring all of this wrong doing to their attention. I could go on and on about why you should never bring your car here but I'd be here all day. Acura of Concord, i will never bring my car back to you guys and I will make sure anyone that asks knows you guys are terrible.

Service: I made an appointment to have my AC repaired and my visor replaced. I arrived on time, I was the first car in line. The person behind me was checked in. The person who arrived 30 minutes after me was checked in. Just under an hour I was finally checked in. No apology or acknowledgement from staff.
I asked how long this service would take as I needed my car by the end on the day. I was told 4 - 5 hours. Mike asked if I wanted to do the upcoming service while I was there. I said only if they could complete it in that day. Otherwise I would schedule it for a later date. He assured me they could complete the work the same day. 5 hours later I called as I had not received and update. Mike told me they were still running the diagnostics for the AC, and there was no way they could finish my car that day. Again - no acknowledgement or apology. He said he would have the shuttle driver pick me up and take me to Enterprise. He stated they would have a reservation from Acura for me at no cost to me. I arrived at Enterprise, and they had no record of me whatsoever. I called Mike and he informed Enterprise that I should reserve the car in my name, and Acura would reimburse me. The following day, I had to to cancel appointments and leave work an hour early to return the rental and retrieve my car. I picked up my car, and again - no acknowledgment or apology for all of the inconvenience I experienced.
This was extremely disappointing as my experience at the Acura dealership service department in Oakland had always been exceptional.
It did seem that they were understaffed or had other issues at check in, but a simple "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" would have gone a long way. It was super hot the day I took my car in, and I can imagine the poor mechanics working in that heat were suffering. But an acknowledgment and apology in terms of not completing my service the same day as promised is basic customer service. Also, acknowledging or apologizing for failing to have made a reservation for me at Enterprise falls under customer service 101.
It's interesting that Acura usually sends out a survey following service, but not this time.
I need to have my struts replaced soon, and I will drive out to Oakland Acura for this service, as their management style is clearly superior.
I understand that issues arise that are out of peoples control, but there is no excuse for not acknowledging that the ball was dropped every single step of the way.

I recently was looking at a integra with the help of Wally. Wally was very welcoming when we came in to view the car. He also took photos the day before to make sure it’s the car we were interested in. He was very helpful and not pushy what so ever. Even though we did not end up purchasing the car, I would recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle and want a good sale person ask for Wally.

I want to share my experience getting a used model 3 with Acura of Concord. I have been searching for a used Tesla and they have been the one that caught my attention as they are very straight forward. When I arrived at the dealership, Robert was the one that took the initiative to approach me and he has been just helpful the whole time as well as giving you a safe space to be comfortable with him. He really helped me get the car. I hope to anyone who are looking for any car, Robert is the one you should seek for help, as he is the best.

5 star all around, on every aspect, clean showroom presenting Acuras of past present and future, a 5 star reception on the phone, professional informed and hospitable. 5 star for Jason Sales Manager who was there for me and my niece from the initial phone call to the day I came in, however it was Jason's day off so Ronny stepped in and 5 star for our relief that help materialize our wishes to a physical and tangible "Car" and lastly the Closer Mr. Wonderful, 5 star for Finance Manager Mr Oliver completed the deal with patience and extraordinary attention to detail. Thank you, Acura of Concord. Please keep up the excellent work you're doing, and I promise anyone that visits this dealership will understand why I speak highly of them!

Chip and Oliver were the best! If you’re looking for a car ask for Chip! I really appreciate their straight forward approach after the poor experiences at other dealerships. We came in on probably the busiest Saturday there but they got us in and out within 5 or so hours. That 5 hour process was well worth it! Will definitely be coming back when the search for another car comes and referring anyone/everyone in search of a car currently.

Flawless. I'm an long-term Acura owner, so I was predisposed to knowing what I wanted and how I wanted to be treated...and Jason Suen and his team made my car-buying process transparent and easy. All my questions were answered quickly and kindly. They have a haggle-free policy, which facilitated making a deal quickly. Asked a very simple question - give me an estimate for the lease. Lazy managers were not able to provide one and promised to send via email. Of course I’ve never received any messages from them
Audi and Lexus managers were professionals and gave me what I wanted within 5 minutes
