Unfortunately, Asko gave me their # for repair of my 4 year old dishwasher and their Phone Representitive won't even consider servicing an account in Benicia/Solano County. A 15 minute drive...from Concord, CA.

Had such a great experience with Accurate, Rick! He was so polite, nice and efficient. We had an issue with our Decor fridge, Decor gave a one-time free repair and Accurate was the service provider. Rick was so quick figure out the problem, ran back to the shop to get a missing piece and came back the same day and now we have ICE! Would recommend them to everyone. Kris

Rick from Accurate Appliance did a difficult repair on my refrigerator that no one else would do for a reasonable charge. After his initial diagnosis he gathered the necessary parts and returned. He made the repair on the second trip with no issues. He was extremely careful of my kitchen, taking care not to damage anything. Refer purrs like a kitten.

I don't usually write reviews but this is warranted. I had an outstanding ticket with Dacor / Samsung that went on for 6 months - it was an embarrassing circus for the brand. It finally got to Rick, and long / short / Rick took care of everything.He is an OG Pro and knows the products he services. He is professional, informative, caring and really cares about his work. He went out of the way to show me things, and share knowledge that had nothing to do with his visit. He is unfortunately a rare bird. Highly recommended.

We have a Dacor double oven which was under warranty but was having multiple problems and after five service calls Dacor finally sent Rick from Accurate Appliance to repair our ovens. Since Thanksgiving is coming we were desperate to have it fixed. He came after normal hours on a Saturday , told us exactly what time he would arrive and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of what the problem could be and fixed both our double ovens. We were amazed that he had the correct parts and that we now have a working oven. Highly, Highly recommend Accurate Appliance for all your repairs!Service: Oven repair

My Dacor, double oven/top half convection, stopped heating and although I had to wait about 3 weeks for Rick I'm really happy with him. He really knows his stuff. My oven is a 2005 and parts are not easy to get but Rick knew this and was well stocked. I was not surprised at the cost because Dacor doesn't make these parts. It didn't take him long to make the repair plus check the function of the lower oven at no cost to me. The other thing I like is that Rick is very friendly, east to talk with, is very smart where appliances are concerned and never stopped working while visiting. He told my husband to never leave the oven doors open so they could cool off quicker. It causes some sort of issue with the cooling system and it burns out. Great Guy. I've used Rick before and will again. Then I'll cry if he ever retires!

Rick knows his stuff. Had him in my house on 2 occasions. Both went smoothly. However, it is great that they are keenly sought after for good work. But, they truly lack in the department of having courtesy for their repeat customers. I am one of those. I called their office and explain to them that I had an urgent issue with my built-in Thermidor, had a house full of people, and I told the secretary that he was the only one who has touched it for servicing. And I would greatly appreciate if he could make an urgent call to my house. His secretary was very kind on the phone and said that he would get in touch with me by the end of the day. However he did not get in touch with me or his office. For someone who enjoys such high ratings, and also has the gumption to ignore return customers (that would be me ) is very unkind. Especially, when I explained I really needed help. I felt it was important to state how I feel, and would not be returning as a customer. Being busy is one thing and courteous and professional is another. Of course, I would have waited if it was a run of the mill issue. For my house full of people , and full fridge failure -- I couldn't wait. Very sad for thier arrogance.

Excellent job. My handle on my Decor range broke in early 2020 then later my downdraft went wack. I waited many months then finally google Decor appliance repair. Other yelpers mentioned Decor so I called. I had to wait a few weeks but well worth the wait. He fixed everything and he even was able to clean all the dust between the glass on my oven doors. We will call Rick for any appliance repair next time.

Although he showed up toward the end of my four hour appointment window, Rick was friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained what the problem was with our build-in Bosch microwave and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use his services again in the future!

Rick is fantastic! We highly recommend him and his company. The lady who answered the phone calls is also very pleasant. They are very busy and we waited a long time for an appointment, but we've had him out before to service our complicated Dacor double ovens and he is worth the wait. Expert at his job, very pleasant, well prepared, efficient and tidy.

Rick is a genius when it comes to ovens for sure! I have an older Viking double wall oven that had a problem with the self-clean cycle; it never worked! He went right to the obvious solution and when that didn't work, he methodically pulled the oven out from the cabinet, looked at the wiring diagram, and almost instantly found the problem, a cut wire. He is very pleasant to have as a service expert. He told me everything he was doing with each step and welcomed my questions. Very happy!

Dacor referred me to Accurate Appliance, their authorized technicians in my area. I had some questions about my Dacor downdraft and range and Rick was prompt in returning my call. He gave me honest advice on the needed repairs and approximate costs and also told me the pros and cons of replacing versus repairing my appliances. He generously shared how I could first troubleshoot the problems before needing him to come out for a repair. This is my first call to Rick and I am pleased. He works on Dacor, Bosch, SubZero, Viking, and Thermador appliances.

Best experience with a repair person EVER. Rick is a treasure. He not only understands Dacor ovens inside and out, he is happy to share his expertise, and tries to help you keep costs down by teaching you how to maintain your oven on your own. In addition to diagnosing and fixing my issues, he answered all of my questions, explained functions on my oven I was unaware of, and was just generally pleasant and thoughtful. I can't recommend him highly enough!
