Second time renting a locker here. Check in was so easy with the manager. Took <20 mins touring the locker, paying, and signing the paperwork. Very easy and streamlined process. Locker looks clean. I like the cement and metal style to avoid animals and mold.

On 9/11 9am Concord Office was fantastic Lataeva she helped us hold onto a storage for two days then went back to purchase the contract she was so helpful!

Best place to store your goods. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The hours are perfect and the price is actually reasonable. They take security seriously and the process to get going is very easy. I would highly recommend this place over neighboring locations for storage.

Jackie has been nothing less than unmatched when it comes to customer service. I have always felt like I was interrupting the manager when I needed answers to questions only a manager would know.She never gives you the stupid chills that I've had elsewhere, and goes the extra mile, for example, how to navigate through the website payment center and doesn't tailgate me if I'm late paying for the month. She knows I pay; I just pay a little late and understand that late fees apply. I have never worked with a storage company that knows how much value that is to me. Seriously, stop harassing me. Like I need to be reminded every friggen day that I'm late!!!I had little time one afternoon and had to have a second room rented in less than 10 minutes. She dropped everything to accommodate me and had me signed, sealed and room delivered in record time. She ain't playin and takes my schedule seriously.Thank you A-1!!! Big ups to Jackie for the cleanest, easy in out access with state-of-the-art storage units and high-class service that you won't find anywhere else is CoCo County. Period.

It was a very nice experience. Space is affordable and Jackie was very helpful and able to answer any questions as she showed us around and filled out the paperwork.
