If you're a woman going to this place about your car DON'T DO IT.. they tried to overprice my wife on a fuel pump smh.. told her the part was 800 and when we looked it up it was 350 he then said he would charge 1200 all together 200 for diagnostic.. my wife told me and I knew he was trying to rip us off so I went there after work.. he immediately saw me and guessed I was there for the nissan and he proceeded to ask if I wanted to see how much the part was online.. I said yes and he showed me the part was only 500 I said I thought it was 800 he said we gotta make a profit ... so I'm like isn't your profit thru labor and he got quite.. ? so I took the car and went to another shop in martinez where the mechanic said they didn't check anything that they said they did and charged me 200 for a diagnostic.. they basically ripped us off.. so yeah I don't recommend that place to anyone

They are really the best smog shop I've used in Concord especially. The people are super cool and understanding and really patient. it is always clean or being cleaned to uphold their awesomeness. Cashiers are friendly and cool too. Prices are right on and u can get your exercise take a walk across the street to the Chef store....while I wait but they're fast so don't get carried away cheffin it up.

These guys are always kind to me even tho I bug them with the 5 cars I service. Their prices are great and I never have to wait long at all for a smog. I'm pretty sure this station is owned for many years by a local. They are pretty cheerful and that makes a difference when your asking for help! There's a burger place across the street that has the best burgers around if you do have to wait.

Just wanted to say that I am a car lady I k ow a lot about cars. Took a picture of my car before I took it in. I just needed the coolant flush. I was willing to pay the price. No problem. My reservoir was brown when I took it in below full. Unfortunately the guy told me to bring it in at 8 AM. So yes I did. Knowing that they're busy. I am a very patient lady. Unfortunately when your woman people seem to think you're stupid. I'll start it off good. It's so hard to trust anybody. Got my car home after eight hours nearly. Only say it was only going to be two hours. Now just to mention this was only a fluid change. For the cooler. Nothing major. I called around 12 PM guy telling me that it would take a special coolant for my car. Not to mention it's a 2016 Kia 2.4 L. Me knowing and being a car person myself. Is the average antifreeze coolant. 2498 a gallon. 50-50. Giving the benefit of the doubt they were busy understanding guy tells me. That they had to order a special coolant. Me again being the woman that I am being trustworthy. Saying it's OK. Get a call around 230 come pick your car up. No problem brought it home let it cool. Never was it ever replace. Still below the four-lane and brown fleetly brown in the reservoir just as it was when I took it in. If you don't f****** have time to work on it then let me know I'll take it to another shop. Same on you I am a retail worker I hardly make any money and you just stole $130 from me. I was willing to pay even more if the job was done right. That's not the point. Shame on you
