The employees are fantastic!
They are very personable and knowledgable. They gave me an exact "out the door" quote over the phone!
The shop is impeccable and they have heated toilet seats.?
Wait period was exactly as told.
I hope I don't need a new wind shield anytime soon, but if you need one, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had a rock chip in my windshield. The repair was done quickly for a really great price. The customer service was fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will definitely go back if I get another chip in my windshield.

They did great job on the chips on my windshield. 680 fwy construction has caused multiple chips on 2 of our cars and throughout the years I brought my car here for repair so the chip doesn’t turn into a bigger crack.
They even went out if the way and cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my carpet inside the car.
Easier to call and make appointment as they are busy. Friendly and attentive with reasonable pricing.

Had the best price from three different vendors, saw me the same day and the job was great! Fixed a rock chip in the windshield and then cleaned the glass on my roof and vacuumed as well. I hope I don’t need glasswork in the future, but if I do I’m coming here.

A truck kicked up a rock or gravel while I was on highway 680. The windshield had a large crack radiating from where it was hit. I checked Yelp and Google and talked to 4 companies that had a lot of excellent reviews and were in or near Concord. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response to my needs and an appointment the following week. I took the car in and the cracks were measured. The technician doing the work had 11 years of experience and helped me decide whether to try to get the chip damage fixed or the windshield replaced. I selected the latter and they gave me an appointment the next morning. I watched much of the work and it was professionally done and care was taken not to damage any of the parts that were going to be removed and then replaced. The price was very good, especially when the job took 90 minutes and a lot of expertise to make it happen quickly and without mishap. This company gets my vote for a well run, professional repair shop for auto glass.

They explain various options and have reasonable prices. This is our go to place for getting broken glass fixed. They're very responsive and they have a place to wait if the install won't take too long too.
