Very poor customer service. Only one teller working, with 15 people in line. And 3 other employees in the back talking

Went there to unblock my card because it got blocked and they told me to call the number to unblock it. They didn't want to unblock it there. What's the point of the bank they can't give me service.

I would rate no stars if it would have allowed me but the sole purpose of an atm is that your able to access your account 24/7.. this atm location is always off at 5pm its really annoying af they might as well close the whole location its serving no purpose.
