Only one teller working when there's a line out the door. I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes watching a teller stare a check and not do anything. This is ridiculous you guys have absolutely no respect for customers time. Watch how quickly I close my Wells Fargo personal and business. Also the security guard is loud and obnoxious, talking about women with customers.

they make everybody stand outside for long periods of time young, old, every body. security who is supposed to man the line dissappears from time to time. this caused an older lady to be skipped at the special needs window. oh and that rude a*** unhelpful manager jamie is an absolute no! she is extremely rude and runs the branch as if it's her mafia crime family or something. like she's the god father of the branch. walks in w bad attitude and talking mess to the ppl who have been in line way brfore he arrival. uses the security as her muscle after being rude and obnoxious. i truly believe the tellers are afraid of her. not good by any means for the consumers, customers or employees! please fix it as this used to be my go to branch. #sad

Compton/Rosecrans This is the worst bank ever..It's always something that's going wrong here.They let people stand outside in line in the hot sun for 30-40 minutes to get inside to tell you that they are not giving out Money Orders And Cashier Checks today .They should have post that or announce that the same way they announced that you wasn't able to get A large amount out money out the inside ATM because it's not working either.. If this wasn't in the neighborhood this definitely wouldn't happened the White neighborhoods if they already have only 2 stars someone need to look into this branch this is ridiculous

The branch manager is passiveley rude and unprofessional here. Put a bad taste in my mouth and made me switch banks all together. I won't say to who to avoid "fake review" accusations. Corporate should really think about that and fire this guy, but hey I'm only 1 customer I guess.

The atmosphere during COVID is really low and unpleasant from the Tellers. It's like we're just another number waiting to be called, an inconvenience. Especially since they're removed their professional Business attire, staff's attitude have felt unprofessional and nasty. I am rarely displeased with any Wells Fargo but this location can not handle the impact of COVID effects. I guess since most employees are temps from other locations they feel like we don't matter it won't be able to complain about them.

Idk what's wrong with the people here. I never go to the tellers because they take forever plus they always wanna force me to get a damn credit card with them. First of all, the location is literally the worst with stupid people who don't know how to drive. I went in hoping to get out some cash from the ATM inside the bank. NOPE stupid security guard told me they were closed 45 minutes before they're closing time. The service isn't even the best compared to other places. And be careful at night cause the sketchy people hang around the ATM's in hopes to steal your money. Hope they shut down this bank or hire better people with good respect and manners

When Visiting my local branch near my home, as well as other wells of Fargo branches I noticed there are no people of color working for this bank. I am a woman of color I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for 11 years and I find it very uncomfortable and very disturbing that there is not one bank teller one bank manager that is of an African-American descent I will be closing and content just continue in my business with Wells Fargo

This bank is so sloooowwwwww! You will be waiting in this line for 20 plus minutes with only 2 tellers at the window. And there will be 15 plus people in line and no other tellers will come out. Avoid this location unless you have 20-45 minutes to waste standing in line at a bank.

I can not believe they have you make an appointment for a 2 min Notary when most bankers are sitting there playing in their computers and chatting.

Just cane from the branch of alameda and let me tell you efficient tellers make all the difference!!! Do professional welcoming and genuinely concerned to ensure they resolve any issues you may have !!! Makes all the difference there was high traffic of people but the fast paced polite tellers moved the line right along only waited 15 minutes!!!!

Never again this location is too slow. Only 2 tellers the line is almost at the please enter area. Everyone in line is upset. I'm irritated!!! I see why I don't have a account here. This makes no sense. I didn't think at 11:45am it wouldn't be as crowded. Never again if I haven't said it already. I'm doing a favor for my Aunt who just received a thank you for being with us for 50 years with this bank. If I would've have a deposit in another area it wouldn't take this long. None of the employees are providing empathy do to the issue of their system being down. Branch manager isn't available. They don't care about of the area since it's all minorities.

I simply went to the a.t.m took out some funds and went about to help my lil cousin get her new used car. No service was needed area was good love banking with the fargo.
