The young Hispanic lady told me she could open at the window because she was working the front, but when a Hispanic man came in and got in the line she rushed to open a window. Then when I get to the window she doesn't have her name tag on I'm had the ask her name. And then she tell me I can only get a certain amount of of this bank and the area

I used the drive thru ATM today, you could not made a cash deposit, the machine was dirty, and although I was able to insert my card there look like something was in the machine, and when I thought about it, it coulda been a card reader. When I called to report this to the bank the message eventually saidp the bankers were unavailable and to use the automated system, so I decided to call the corporate office and got the same message. This sucks, I guess I'll have to keep a close eye on my account....

Service is terrible , I was attempting to open up a savings and checking account however the weight was extremely long and when we were greeted we were denied because the person opening up the account told us that we were not able to open up a business checking and savings account because we did not have all the paperwork that he thought we needed to have. We immediately went over to Bank of America and was able to Open both savings and checking account with all the State paperwork we had.

Worst bank in Compton. One teller to do merchant: and transactions. No one has an answer to why they have only one teller. All they say is Covid. What was the excuse before Covid? I would rather drive out to Long Beach rather than listen to excuses. Worst bank in America next to Bank of America.

Not a very diverse bank.....the people who work in the bank seem to be knowledgeable also. I had to call Wells Fargo 800 number to get my issue resolved. I don't feel comfortable coming in this branch. But it's the only one near my house. I try my hardest to avoid coming to this Branch

Worst Wells Fargo branch in Los Angeles to start off I closed my checking but kept a savings I had with them to be able to deposit my rent to my landlord easily now they don't accept cash deposit makes no sense so the hawthorn branch allowed me to deposit into my savings then transfer I cane to this unprofessional branch after an hour wait I'm told I can not do the transaction I ask to speak to a supervisor reluctantly they have me wait another 15 minutes for her to vaguely say she doesn't know why they allowed me to do that it's against policy blah blah blah if I'd like to purchase a money order I can wait in line again!!!!! Mind you there's a good 20 people!!! Very unprofessional the greeter could have told me this prior to me wasting an hour here and the tellers have an attitude I hate wells Fargo for many reasons but this takes the cake will be closing all accounts

Wells Fargo bank in Compton man you can really have a busy location here . Ok maybe it was the time and day I was there but wow.!! Parking can be hard to find here. It is in a great shopping center so yes there will be a hard time for that but the staff is very friendly and helpful and nice

I logged on to yelp to check this location to see what kind of reviews had been left . I was concerned with the security staffing at this branch . I witnessed an encounter with a customer there . And to my surprise , that customer left a review . This guy Joshua M . I overheard the manager Cynthia Ruiz tell him to take a seat because she needed to verify something . As she walked to the back this customer was being very impatient walking back and forth talking loud making me uncomfortable . I can't speak for others but this branch needs to have security or someone who can take control of these situations to avoid this . Cynthia did as much as she could but can't help the fact that some people just don't understand basic English . I didn't feel comfortable with this guy around . It's unfortunate that it makes me hesitant to visit the lovely staff at this branch because of people like him .

This is by far the worst bank I've ever been to! I am never going to this Wells Fargo again. I keep my money at Wells Fargo so I can get it when I need it. This is what happened yesterday. I was involved in a really bad car accident in March. My car was totaled because of it. My insurance paid me $10,200 for my car. Wells Fargo told me because of the high amount that it would take 5 days to clear. Which I understood. I work in Compton at a distribution company doing data management. My family helped me purchase a car and I told them I'd pay them back in 5 days when the check cleared. Yesterday was the 5th day and the funds were now available in my account. I got off work and went to the bank to with drawl my money. They wouldn't give it to me. The manager Cynthia Ruiz is the worst manager I have ever met. I guess having a high school diploma is not a requirement when managing a Wells Fargo. The way she acted was rude and I had to fight her to get my money. Which Cynthia Ruiz never gave me. I left the branch angry and went to Santa Monica where I live to get my money at the Wells Fargo here. The crazy thing is she actually told me why I didn't go to the Wells Fargo where I opened my account. What does that matter I told her. Wells Fargo are all connected to each other. I left angry. The whole ride home I was on the phone reporting her to Wells Fargo. The customer service I was on the phone with were confused on what the problem was. I get to Santa Monica and get the money right away and give my parents back the money the next day. I leave money at Wells Fargo so I can get it when I need it. I thought Wells Fargo was a good bank. For them to know how bad of a management job Cynthia Ruiz is doing at their business and not fire her is insane and just shows the lack of judgement a huge corporation does when hiring employees. Yesterday I opened an account at chase bank because of this. I can't close my Wells Fargo because my work checks are issued for Wells Fargo. I will though be cashing my checks and bringing it to chase from now on. Cynthia Ruiz screw you and your branch. Good luck dealing with her and the people that work there!!!

I like the Wells Fargo Chain of Banks. I've been a member for a long time and I have had a positive interaction with them for most of that time. Can't say the same for B of A, but either way, if your not a member, become one and stay with it, you will be surprised from their online banking, cashiers checks, and availability of ATM's to name a few. Keep up the good work.
