“About 2 years ago Frankie developed IBD and kidney disease and my vet was pretty accurate that he would pass away at 14. A couple months ago, he was getting thinner by the week, seemingly wanting to crawl into the space heater. It took some time for my husband to agree it was Frankie's time to depart. I really didn't want a stressful car ride to the vet or worse, animal emergency. My local veterinarian referred me to Dr. Marchi. He was so gentle and compassionate and gave us the time we needed with Frankie before saying our final goodbye to his physical presence. I am so grateful that Dr. Marchi was the doctor who made his final passing as peaceful as possible.”

“If your biggest concern when Vet shopping is finding someone who will love your dog as much as you do, this is the place. I was hopelessly looking for somewhere to take my girl to find out if she was pregnant. This clinic is within walking distance from my home so I decided to try it out. I called and made an appointment, we went in and it's a cute little shop, nothing glamorous but I thought it was cozy. The receptionist/assistant? Named Chelsea was awesome. The doctor himself was a surprise. He walked up at started petting my baby and telling her how cute she was and that he loved her. Right away I'm liking this guys vibe, clearly he loves animals. There were some younger girls there as well, possibly family members that were helping him. They handled my baby very carefully as she was very nervous and shaking. 100/100 love the care and attention they all gave her. Previous all of her services were at Banfield and I'm positive all of those people are miserable. Only feedback I have, the "Fast Scan" was $150, but I was also charged an exam fee, which was mostly just doctor looking in her ears and listening to her heart..$62 for that which I wanted to mention but they were so nice I let it go. They also emailed me the ultrasound videos upon request”

In particular, our veterinarian, Dr. Antoun. He is so much more than a vet, he is so compassionate with us. When he speaks with us about our pet, he not only gives us a prognosis but always spends as much time as is needed for us to fully understand exactly what is going on with our pet and his advice on how to proceed. He also always calls with updates, asks us for our input, asks for our consent for anything he feels is necessary. Basically, he holds my hand from beginning until I pick up our pet, always! He is more than just a veterinarian. A true compassionate, caring man.”

“I absolutely love this vet! I just started coming here a few months ago and I’m so glad I decided to come here. I have 3 pups and they all have their different personalities.1. Von, he is my biggest boy, he is a German Shepherd Rottweiler Mix. He is nervous when it comes to meeting new people but he has never bitten anyone. But just in case I muzzle him. Unlike the other vet I went to, who would approach him very fast (even though I have told them multiple times to not do that) and when Von begins to freak out the doctor would just say my dog is aggressive. The other vet did NOT care for how Von felt and Von was always so uncomfortable going there and I wouldn’t blame him. But here I can already tell he is more comfortable. The doctor and her staff were gentle with him and took their time with him.2. My little one, Kanan, he is a Silk Terrier. He has always been very anxious when going to the vet. At the other vet for no reason would muzzle him because the doctor there was too scared of getting bit. But here they made him comfortable and the staff handled him very gently.3. My little menace, Reina, she is a German Shepherd. She is dog reactive due to her being attracted pretty badly when she was a puppy. At the other vet they did not care about that information but instead made her go through the stress of being around other dogs on leashes. Here once I let them know about it, they make sure she is not around other dogs to not stress her out or for her not to react.I am so glad I have found this new vet! The staff is amazing and so is the doctor. They are so gentle with all pups and you can clearly tell that they love all pups like their own!”
