Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. First time going to Ulta and didn't know where something was and the young lady helped me find it. And Got 20% off my order. Bought some eczema cream for my baby going to try it and see how it works. The young lady at front desk was really helpful even recommended the SundayRiley said they are natural plant based for eczema I will try next time. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but totally recommend this place.

I can’t complain I got a few good deals , for my Grandma just felt harassed by the workers a bit , I honestly don’t like that feeling I don’t shoplift , also the worker made me purchase a large item , just to get something free , I feel she wanted it so she made that up , I’m gonna call tommorow for a refund !

Very unwelcoming... aside from always being out of a particular item out of my order, they have perfume SAMPLES locked up. I'd rather not shop for a fragrance if someone will be mircromanaging which scent I get to try next.Maybe hire reasonable security staff if theft is an issue. Do your cameras not work?? Makes me feel unsafe and disrespected as a customer who genuinely wanted to shop for a signature scent, comfortably... cause baby I take MY TIME. It's basically a long-term investment.I hope it's not racist, since it is COMPTON.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lauren she works on the Mac sección she fix my makeup real fast I walk in there looking like a orange clown she sat me down and fix me up real quick …she really knows what she is doing !!! If you are like me that is struggling to match your color ask for her..also her vibe is awesome ? absolutely love her thank you so much Lauren for any event I will definitely book with her !!!

I had an amazing experience at the hair salon! Being a first-timer for a dry curly hair cut at the Ulta salon, I was uncertain of the outcome. However, Christina, the hair stylist, who also has curly/wavy hair, exceeded all expectations. She skillfully cut my hair, leaving it looking fabulous with volume, better than some pricey curly hair salons I've visited before. Christina's expertise and understanding of curly hair made all the difference. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning to her for all my future hair needs. Thank you, Christina.

This review is for George at the Mac counter. I just wanted to say thank you so much for doing my makeup on the day of my 20 year high school reunion. I popped in to Ulta last minute wasn't sure if makeup services were offered an Ulta associate directed me to George. I told George the type of look I was going for and specified how important it was for me to have a natural look with a Smokey eye. George over exceeded my expectations. I don't wear makeup regularly and I've had a few negative experiences with makeup artists not listening to my needs and doing what they felt was best but in the end result I hated my makeup. But George listened to me did an awesome job. Everyone complimented my makeup and it was sooo beautiful. I highly recommend . Thanks so much George I really appreciate you. You are a gem .

went there to visit cause my cousin lived around there, never again !!! some guy who works there literally snatched a product that my cousin was looking at right out of her hands, he said she was “opening it” and that he couldn’t sell that anymore in the rudest tone ever ? when my cousin was just looking at it, my cousin was gonna buy a few more things but not anymore because of him. + he also followed us all around the store the whole time and when we went to pay he was standing around the cash registers too !!! soo weird and uncomfortable !! ??

I went to ulta to dye my hair & get a full highlight.When the stylist Natali finished my hair, she completely forgot to do a root blend & didn't leave the school toner longer which caused certain parts of my hair orange.Not only that, but when i went to get my hair styled for prom, my hairstylist took pictures of my hair which showed that she left certain pieces of my hair untouched and some parts too thick.I definitely do not recommend her as someone to do highlights. Ulta choose your workers wisely.

Ulta used to be a great store for perfumes. I noticed the store slowly falling out with poor customer service and the quality of the products. I was disappointed the last time I visited this store. The employees new nothing about perfume or wrinkles cream. I wouldn't recommend this location at all

I came to ulta last week & Im not really familiar with makeup at all but my sister is getting married. I’m the bridesmaid of honor so I have no choice to wear makeup. Anaya or Aneiya helped me find every thing! She color matched me for my foundation. She also help me pick out all the essentials you need such as primers,powders,bronzer & my new favorite blush. I say all this say to that Aneiya gave me great customer service & now I’m a new makeup lover you guys will definitely be seeing me again.~peace and love ❤️
