Terrible customer service from the Salon.
I went in with two kids asking for a walk-in. When the lady asked the rest of the staff if they were available, they laughed and said no. I will definitely not be back.
On another note, I’ve been here twice with walk-in’s and did not have an issue. But they never washed my daughter’s hair.
After they laughed at me, I went to a different location in Long Beach and had a much better salon experience. They even washed both of the kids hair and were much more pleasant. I definitely recommend the one on Carson and Lakewood in Long Beach/Lakewood at the LBX.

This is not my first time at this location. The atmosphere & energy in this place is very welcoming. Thank you Chris for being a wonderful sales man. He helped me match my color in the Mac department. Also suggesting a better facial regimen to follow up on to better my skin / hyperpigmentation. Thanks so much.5⭐️

When to do an exchange today and Kather was our cashier she had the worst Attitude and was very rude she must have been having a bad day or something because of the way she was speaking to everyone if you can't handle retail or be willing to help customers with joy hunny find a new job

Do not use their hair salon service. This was the second time I took my son. And both times they charged me more than what was quoted. I booked a hair cut for my son and it said it was $42. When they rang me up they charged me $62!!!!! My daughter said they always up charged her for her hair also!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Enjoyed my experience here, all of the associates were very helpful and full of energy. However, Bunnie, was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. I asked him for a shopping bag & he gave me an up down look and asked “for what?!” the other associate then corrected him and knew I was shopping as i had many items to purchase. I felt very uncomfortable but props to his other coworkers for carrying the disrespect that he gave me & still had a good experience.

The cashier was rude and unwelcoming. She asked for my phone number, and when I refused, she became upset. She said that I could not return or exchange items if I did not provide a phone number. I shrugged it off because I have no intention of shopping at ULTA ever again. They never have the items that I am looking for and the shopping experience is always unpleasant.

Great customer service! Jesus helped my mom and i with a shampoo and conditioner my mom didn’t know existed, he was very informative and patient. He explained everything so well to my mother in spanish. She just used the shampoo and conditioner that was recommended and it instantly fixed her issue. She’s very thankful for Jesus service. Thank you 🙏
