U-Pack choose to loose 3K worth of service due to lack of flexibility. Don't alienate your loyal customers. I have used U-Pack and thoroughly enjoyed their service. Unfortunately I went with their competition MyPODS - who provided excellent service. Remember to treat your customers with respect and do not take us for granted.

EXCELLENT experience. Customer service agents were courteous and professional at all times. The drivers were also very nice and kind. Very professional. Communication was excellent throughout the process with no hidden clauses or money grabs. They were quick to deliver and all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend. Especially after having a nightmare moving situation with another company that never communicated their timeline and they had me questioning if I was even ever going to get my belongings or if was just stolen! Trust me, go with U-Pack! You can trust them for a reliable and trustworthy experience.

My husband and I are 70 yrs old and we had a big move ahead of us because we needed to sell our Hawaii home and move to a more affordable neighborhood in Arizona, where we could own a home with no mortgage and actually retire. We started out by packing up one “cube” but then realized we needed a 2nd cube. At the prices of furnishings today, it was much more affordable to move our belongings then buy new things. The people at U-Pack were amazing and worked with us on picking up the cubes when they were packed and then getting the cubes as close as possible to our destination so that we could unpack them and cart them to our new home using a U-Haul truck. Our new home is in a rural area and even the post office doesn’t deliver there. U-Pack made the experience smoother and their customer service is great. I was always able to reach them by phone. As far as moving costs U-Pack was the most affordable for us.

Loading in Los Angeles was handled extremely well. Delivery of trailer in St Louis was a bit of a problem: the dispatcher missed the delivery window. I called and he didn't know that he had a trailer in his lot that was supposed to be delivered. He rounded up a driver and delivered the trailer few hours late. But I had to reschedule HireAHelper to next day for the unloading

I've moved multiple times cross-country and between Canada & USA as well. U-Pack far exceeded the competition for service, ease of use, and price. I will use them again. The entire process was smooth and the size of the relocubes is super convenient compared to one giant container.

Honestly, I was extremely pleasantly surprised with my moving experience!!I got quotes from just about every other possible moving company out there, and u-pack gave me the best deal. Some of these other companies were quoting outrageous prices. And the ones that had cheaper quotes were either companies that had bad reviews and people reporting that they tacked on lots of charges after the fact, or services that would have very small sized containers where I wouldn't be able to actually bring all of my things over.U-pack had the best combination between good price and getting the job done as it needed to be. Obviously you still have to have your own movers, but it's completely worth it.When it came to the storage truck being dropped off at my first location in Long Beach California, there were some complications with the truck fitting near my storage unit as well as city regulations in LBC. At first I was worried because they didn't think they could leave the truck anywhere close to where I needed it, but I spoke with a manager who helped me with a game plan, made some suggestions, helped me find movers and adjusted my quote to a lower rate for that moving company to bring my things &'pack it at the u-pack storage facility near by instead. I really appreciated the good customer service.They also gave estimated delivery dates that were reasonable, and then ended up being way ahead of schedule and getting my things to my new city across the country in less than a handful of days. It was impressive! (especially because this is a High moving season) And I had set this whole thing up kind of late so that was a relief .Truly a way better experience than I expected!

What lifesavers. We moved from California to Texas. Pricing professional movers was about 25k.I had always used Pancho's Moving because they are very careful and pack to avoid damage to glass inset and mirrored furniture. He couldn't travel to Texas (but does other states) suggested ABF (UPack) .They are uber professional, courteous, helpful in guiding you to the process. Truck was delivered and picked up on time. You then track the location of your truck so you know where your stuff is. Best of all, it's safe and secure because they only park overnight at ABF facilities. Drivers never leave the truck unattended.DO NOT PACK THE TRUCK YOURSELF. Hire professionals to do it. Forget about movers who contract the job out. Find a smaller company with long-time employees. Why? A team that have worked together work efficiently and have packed all manner of items. There is a lot of vibration, things shift. Minimizes the risk if your packing crew is experienced.In the greater Los Angeles area I can't recommend anyone better than Pancho's Moving at 818 400 3855 for moving and/or packing.

We've used this service several times. They haven't failed us yet. They pick up exactly when they tell us and drop off when they tell us. They communicate with you the entire time. It has proven to be the safest and more affordable way to ship/move thus far. You get both!! That's a win win !!

U-Pack came to me highly recommended and they did not disappoint. There was a bit of a hiccup on the arrival of the containers when I needed to be packing them but after a phone call from a very panicked customer (me) they made every effort to get the pods to me and gave me a discount because of the missed delivery date. When they were delivered to our new home, not a single thing was broken or missing. The delivery/pick up drivers on both ends were fantastic - pleasant and efficient. I don't plan on moving again but if I do, I will use U-Pack again. It took all the stress off when we were between homes for several months and I knew my household goods were safely stored in a location near where we would purchase our next home. Be sure to check that there is a storage facility location that will work for you if you will have a delayed arrival like we did. Thanks U-Pack and ABF!

We chose U-Pack because we didn't want to drive a truck cross country and it was less expensive. We had the benefit of having a fully furnished home waiting for us. Everything worked perfect except the containers showed up a week late. I would use them again but if I had an empty house waiting for me I'd look a lot closer at options.
