The people came to install a dryer and was upset when I asked him to watch my walls after they kept bumping my walls. So I told him I was going to call in on him mistake number one and he called a lady named Claudia from dispatch and she started disrespecting talking loud and bad over the phone so I had to call and let these people know please don't just anyone to my home and blame it on 3rd party vendors. These people are very disrespectful and I won't ever be back to receive the low ball treatment. I will be at the Best Buy with my geek squad warranty drama free! DONT TRUST THE PEOPLE THEY CHOOSE TO INSTALL YOUR APPLIANCES. THE FIRST THING THEY SAY WHEN IT GO BAD IS THEY ARE THIRD PARTY VENDORS! I DONT CARE WHAT THEY ARE THEY NEED TO DO THE JOB AND BE PROFESSIONAL OR RUN ME MY MONEY BACK.

Our Christmas tree is brittle as hell. We just got it yesterday. This why business can't withstand in Compton. Why are y'all out here selling these brittle trees? This tree was $80.00 and guess who's bring it back tonight? Y'all have got to a better job in the minority communities.

I'm a contractor and this is by far the worst store I ever been too by Home Depot. The whole staff gives you attitude when you ask for help. They expect you know their process like if you work there and on the way teaching you by belittling you. They act like a gang when dealing with an escalation bye getting multiple workers together to yell at you at the same time why telling you that you don't pay their salaries. They gossip about your conversations if they hear you talk to who ever you with and take personal your opinion on how your service has been. It looks like management it's okay with that behavior as she ignore anything I had to say but try to give me a credit towards my purchase to keep me quiet. When explain about the gang up approach about gossiping on what I have said the manager said that it was behavior approved by the company to have multiple people help in one situation. I told manager their is nothing to solve anymore at the moment bc I had everything I needed all the workers wanted to do was attack the customer. They took criticism in a negative way instead of seeing it as an opportunity to get better. So let me tell you my experience example. Went in to buy over 1k of product to this location bc it was the only location that had a part I needed and now I know why, it's bc no one likes coming here so they have surplus of inventory. I needed electric wire for 3 way as mentioned to the worker. He said that it will be taking to the front in pro after I mentioned I wanted to buy right now. I have no idea what's pro but he mentioned front registers so I went to pay. Once in the register some items didn't have barcode to scan as if that was my fault. The cashier with and attitude said "I can't scan it, you need to go bring me another one" . The time was rude and laud so I mentioned to my cologne dayum I guess they don't want to work based o. Her body language and tone. Then they had brought out the wrong wire and it was on the wrong register. The guy in charge of the electric wire yelled at my worker saying that he should've of know it was on the other register. Little did I know the whole staff acted like a gang and spread the word on what I have said. Moments later I had 3 women and that was tatted up and a guy bald with tattoos yellowing at me saying I need to know how to treat people. I reply bye stating that I felt attack by them yelling at me bc I said they were not trying to help and gave me the vibes of being lazy. Manager came and did not want to hear anything I had to say but wanted me out the store by giving me a credit and leave. She did not want to take criticism about her staff giving the feeling she approves that behaviors. I told manager everything could have been avoided if first their products had barcodes. The electric staff knew more about their department and if their staff would focus more on their task instead of trying to gossip against customers and then attacking them. Now that I express my self here im this platform and I wonder if they will attack me here since they don't take feedback well.

Home Depot does not have everything u need. I tried buy Milwaukee 18v cordless vacuum.. They don't carry it..They have everything Milwaukee except for 18v vacume.They have the square bulky one over 200 dollars and the big carry on 300 plus.. And the one every one has .not available. Why u ask under 150 dollars ..That's why they want sell expensive one s.. But they do have the filter for the vacuum.. Some times.. Going to Walters they have everything in stock. No B s

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT I bought a fridge back in 2020 and ever since then it's been having cooling issues, I purchased the extended warranty that they offer and IT'S A JOKE. It is soooo complicated to get someone to fix your appliances and there's so many loopholes where it's so diff to get your money back....... Im never buying an appliance from Home Depot ever again.

May 5, 2023 I bought three gallons of paint, customer service was easy straight to the point simple. We got our paint checked out, placed the gallons in our vehicle, after Home Depot we went to run errands to another store. Arriving home about to unload the car paint was EVERYWHERE, the two ladies that were assisting us did not seal the paint correctly. I trusted the Home Depot employees to know how to do their job and seal paint correctly I should not have to second guess their work ethic. I got home around 8:30pm close to closing time at the Home Depot I went to. I spoke with the manager he got me new gallons of paint. Im writing this complain to make awareness to the employees.. to retrain how to seal a paint can. Now I'm dealing with paint on my leather seats and carpet. Such a disappointment . Yes Home Depot did their part on replacing the cans but im dealing with having to get my car detailed, vacuumed and try to get this paint stain off my seats.

I usually like this Home Depot. They usually have things in stock that the other ones closer to my business don't have except for today. I need it a small piece of drywall which should be all over the place in a store called Home Depot but lo and behold I could not find a small piece of drywall. They have the standard size Sheets of it and after walking around and walking around I did finally find someone that could point to the area where those small pieces would be normally kept and it was empty. In general, Home Depot is a cool store to shop in, walk around in and just lose time in. I'm there regularly spending lots of money sometimes several times a day. It just stops the flow of production when they're out of something.

Ok so they have a lighting department that is not lit until 9 am . Why have your place of business open at 6 am if customers can not have a complete shopping experience. Makes no sense. Management said they couldn't turn on the lights until 9 am. Why not have the lights turn on automatically when a customer is on the aisle. And no you can't describe a light to me. UPDATE: Home Depot 'righted their wrong', by first apologizing by phone; then the local store manger, Tim offered me a discounted priced on this steamer. Corporate customer service then followed up with a e-gift card, so I got the carpet cleaner/Steamer for free. Thanks for taking my complaint seriously, and for the follow up. Warning: Long Post Rant: Visited my local Home Depot to purchase this item. Notice the price? Great deal, right? NOPE! When I went to purchase it, the clerk said it wasn't 'ringing' up at this price. 1. Called a store/floor manager, who told me that the sale ended yesterday, so the price was now the 'original' $239, but I could purchase it online! (And oh, yeah, 'someone' forgot to remove the sale price tag') 2. Went to customer service , where I was told that I could order it online and select 'pick up in store' as an option 3. I look online (while still in the store), and it's listed at the sale price, 4. But when 'added it to my cart', and looked for this store, I got an message that said 'Store Pickup unavailable at Compton' (got the same message when I checked other stores nearby) 5. How am I physically looking at the product, and your message says 'unavailable' at this store?? 6. 'Online prices and store prices vary' and we can't offer the online price, I was told. 'Can't or won't'? I asked. 'The best I can do is give you $50 off' was the answer No, that doesn't work for me. 7. So I leave, frustrated, but decide to contact Customer Support by phone, but...they're only available M-F 8. I Contact the online support/virtual assistant, what a waste of time! This is part of the text I received "If the store says the sale ended yesterday in store then you would have no other option but to place the order online since we currently still have it on sale" These robots are idiots! 9. It (the virtual assistant) then said I could contact the store manager, etc. Did that too. 10. When I responded that I would be filing a complaint, it actually wrote "Would you like for me to file that complaint for you?" No, I definitely know how to file a complaint!! SO here it goes.....onto to Yelp, the BBB, and others And....for those wondering why I'd make a big deal out of a carpet cleaner. As 'Big Worm' says, 'it's the Principality.....'! And I needed the item yesterday, not next week.

Jackie from the paint department was amazing . Excellent customer service . We bought the wrong color for a project our family is working on but she went out of her way to accommodate and made sure we left with the color we liked . :)

So I won a washer and dryer from a game show and I went to Home Depot with my friend Mike to purchase the connectors. Long story short we had to return the connector for the correct one. I couldn't go and I didn't want to give my friend my credit card to credit my card. So Home Depot gave Mike a gift card. When I tried to use the gift card, I couldn't because my name isn't "Mike". Now I have to find Mike to spend my gift card!!!!!!!!! When do you need someone's name to spend a gift card????

Staff were so NICE AND HELPFUL. i have been looking for pulls for my cabinets and only found pieces and parts at other stores as i collected what i could. I called Compton today and Valerie got my pulls together. I went to the store and found an awesome light section. Dusty but well stocked and great displays. This is the one HD i can count on in a pinch. Thanks
